Pellicci is a great hardware store. It's rare that they don't have the items that we need and it saves us a trip to Menards or Home Depot. Easy in and out. The rewards program is also nice and they mail you coupons. A great place to fill up your propane tank without having to trade it out. I decided to swing by and see if Pellicci ace hardware carried any 10 gauge stranded wire but they didn't. No problem, I can purchase elsewhere. I went out to my pick up and started perusing through Amazon doing a little shopping. Talked with my mother and father. Talked with my fiancé. Kept on looking through Amazon. I probably sat there an hour. The hardware store was closed at this point but one of the employees apparently decided to call the police on me just for sitting there in my pick up. Why don't you call the police on someone committing a crime instead of a customer and veteran doing nothing wrong? Pellicci ace Hardware you just lost my business. This is our local Ace Hardware store owned by a local family. They love to hire local kids and train them. They are very helpful anytime you walk in. They are quick to ask you if you need help finding anything when you walk in. They are helpful. They carry quite a bit of stuff that you may need from big to small. They sell lawnmowers and snowblowers. I also love the selection of electric-powered lawn equipment, that stuff runs perfectly every time and no maintenance required. I have an electric weed whacker that I have had for several years and i love it! I went through 3 gas-powered weed whackers before that. They rent several things here too. My favorite is the carpet shampooer/ Rug Doctor Professional machines. I just live a couple blocks away so sometimes I will just walk over an grab a few things. They even carry pool and hot tub chemicals. They have a good selection of items to help you get your projects done. read more

Went into Pellicci Hardware store looking for a grill on Sunday as ours went out and we needed one for a Birthday celebration that night. We were met at the door by Joe who was very knowledgeable and helpful. We picked our grill and he checked the stock. They had one. Step in Tyler. We asked him if there is any way we could get it today. He said, "we'll make it happen". Wait What? Within two hours they had assembled and sent two store workers, Nick and Ken to deliver our new grill and they even took the old one. You will never see this customer service at any of the big box stores. So Thank YOU so much for all you did.....You're the best! read more

I understand that smaller home town stores have to charge more because they cant order on the level of the larger stores, but I paid 16.99 for an item that retails less than 10 miles away for 7.99. the Cashier dutifully checked the price. All she had to say was .. well, it retails for 16.99 here. I contacted the store via email, receiving NO response. When I eventually received a survey option for the visit, I detailed my problem again, and asked to not be contacted by phone. At this point, I recieved a phone call and an email within minutes of each other. I guess they dont take complaints seriously until there is a record for corporate. It is also obvious that they didn't even read the survey before jumping in to communication. read more
