When we walked in I asked if we needed to wear a mask. She said no but she would wear one. Ok. No greeting. I mentioned this was our first time here. No response. Ok. Hmmm, we decided to take a look around. The store is over stuffed. So much to look at but tough getting around the tables. Loved the selection of things. No stainless steel. There was more items and clearance items up a tiny stairway. We spent about 20 minutes in the store with no one speaking to us. No customer service at all. We purchased our items with the associate not saying a word. Very disappointed in the lack of neighborly, friendly customer service. I don't think I will visit this store again.

I supposed the MBA theory is that customers will pickup things they don't need on the way to a half-gallon of milk, but the outcome is that balancing the time wasted in Target's poor design against a 1/2 mile longer trip to Walmart, most of the people who would rather buy from Target will go to Walmart.
