We have had three deliveries of furniture over the years from them and all three have resulted in damage to our home. The latest is an 18" gouge in my cherry floor from a bed delivery. When the delivery folks (with four weeks on the job) removed my old mattress, they folded a king sized mattress, jammed it in the bedroom doorway, then pushed it out of the room with great force, causing the damage. They also left behind a box cutter and trash. They are denying responsibility. We will be filing in conciliation court, but again, highly recommend not buying from them unless you want damage to your floors or walls. We have both

Today is 8/10, I had not heard from the owner of the store, so I called to inquire as to when the beds would be delivered. He then advised me that I could call the manufacturer and complain, I explained that I procured the items from HIM and that I would not do that. Bret, or Brent (owner) then called me back 2 hours later to advise that the manufacturer would be robbing Peter to pay Paul to fulfill my order. But yet wouldn't commit to a delivery date. I advised OK, however that I was still not happy with the fact that we are looking at nearly a month to receive the product and I wouldn't be back to his business again. He then proceeded to advise me , that if I chose to talk to him that way, he wasn't going to listen and would hang up. Which he did. I only voiced that I was displeased with his false advertising of product and no commitment after I spent nearly $5000. 00 in his store and still have NOTHING to show for it. I called back again, and his wife answered. I advised to CANCEL the order and I wanted my money back. She proceeded to scream at me that THEY WOULD NOT CANCEL THE ORDER, IT HAS ALREADY BEEN PLACED...........She also hung up on me. Note, I did not use foul language at either one of these individuals, I simply lodged my disgust for their false statements and advertising and lack of customer service. You try to support local stores, and this is what happens. Next step is the Better Business Bureau.

When we walked in I asked if we needed to wear a mask. She said no but she would wear one. Ok. No greeting. I mentioned this was our first time here. No response. Ok. Hmmm, we decided to take a look around. The store is over stuffed. So much to look at but tough getting around the tables. Loved the selection of things. No stainless steel. There was more items and clearance items up a tiny stairway. We spent about 20 minutes in the store with no one speaking to us. No customer service at all. We purchased our items with the associate not saying a word. Very disappointed in the lack of neighborly, friendly customer service. I don't think I will visit this store again.

They gave me the discount but said "Never again" like I had many copied for my return visits. It was an older coupon I'm sure because I had it in an old wallet but without an expiration date, should be valid no matter what.
