They practice safety during Covid asking for masks and providing hand sanitizer. We appreciate the store carrying more household items after our local grocery store closed. The lady we worked with was fantastic and actually pulled the one we ended up buying first - she had us try a couple to make sure we had the preferred length and thickness. The price was fair and she cleaned the pendant (and our other jewelry we had on) for free as well as set the pendant on the chain and put it in a complimentary box for us. My mom even had the jeweler check her bracelet as well which they did complimentary! My family has gone here for years and I have memories of my first boyfriend getting me a necklace here. On the appointed day, all the pies were completely and expertly done, were all packaged and boxed and ready for transport, and were loaded into my car without me having to do a thing, and each and every pie was perfectly done. When I arrived at my destination with the pies, the boxes were quickly and easily unloaded, and the "Pi" day was a total success with 100% customer satisfaction! Thank you. This was a no brainer, as the Succulent bowl alone is $39 and Bachmans Succulent are $4-5 alone. I paid online and attended the open house day where they treated up to a tour, Subway lunch and an extra Succulent. My mom was in town and she also got the tour, extra Succulent and lunch. Succulents are cool as you barely need to water them. I've picked up faithfully every month so far. There was even a promo for 2 free annuals or herbs. One of my corkscrew succulents shriveled up, and they replaced it for free. I picked up some mum annuals at 50 and 70% off and was only 70 cents. Hanging baskets were also top quality. Great customer service. Great Succulent Club. Hope they do next summer again.
