I took it to Vicki and for a fair price... she retrieved all my old files and replaced the hard drive with a new and better one... made sure that my PC was compatible with Windows 7 before hand (and it was) and put Windows 7 Home Edition on it (my PC originally had XPService Pack 3 on it). She upated all my my drivers and and my RAM and now my old PC works like a charm. I still use it to this very day and I have had no problems with it. Her service is excellent. I went in for an iPad Pro 12.9 screen replacement, which is no easy task. They did it perfectly and in a reasonable amount of time. 5 months later, the screen had an issue that turned out to be a manufacturer defect, and despite it being out of warranty, they would not let me pay for labor on the second repair.
