The truck had missing running boards that were taken off after they took the listing photos. And the rear seat folding mechanism was broken. Their "125 point inspection" is garbage. I have done over $70,000 in business with carmax over the course of 4 vehicles. I will no longer continue to do business with a company that has such little ethics in their business model.

The owner is a total Scam Artist and you can see from the reviews below and on Facebook that remains true. They are Completely selling cars to individuals that are in need of Major repairs. I bought a car from this dealership in December of 2019, drove it for a day and then it started to give me issues right away. First, the check engine light comes on 24hrs after buying the car and the car becomes sluggish under acceleration. I take it in the next day and drop it off Tuesday morning, the owner said he would call me to update me on the progress by Tuesday evening. No call. I call Wedneday to see if the car is repaired, the owner informs me that he has not had time to look at it? Wait, are you kidding me?! I go to the dealership on Thursday evening, the car is still not repaired. Remember, I just bought this car 4 days ago and I put down a large down payment on it and I can't even drive it. They tell me the car is repaired friday evening and I pick it up. 2 days later, it starts smoking really bad, I then notice a very very large oil leak coming from the engine as well. Then the brake light comes on and then the traction control light comes on as well. So, a week later, major major issues are going on with the car. I take the car BACK to the dealership and it sits there for a whole week before they even start to repair it! Absolutely Ridiculous. They inform me that in order to pick the car up that I will have to pay an additional $850 for the recent repairs. So, they basically sell me a lemon and ask me to pay for the repair costs that they should have paid for BEFORE they sold me the car. As we are in dispute about the repairs, the front window starts to malfunction and not work, it will not roll down at all. The headlights fail and I have to pay $75 for bulbs from the manufacturer dealership just to be able to drive the car at night safely. So all in all. I bought a lemon and they failed to rectify the situation. I turned the car back into them and refused to pay for anymore repairs and have since purchased another vehicle that is Reliable from a reputable dealership here in Charlotte. My Advice is to STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. READ THE REVIEWS FIRST and you'll see how many customers have had issues with them. Do not buy a car from these people as they are Total Scammers and will only cost you more headaches over a vehicle that should not have issues within a week of purchase!

I got a great deal on the car i purchased and could not be happier, I wanted to make sure the car was in the condition that was claimed as it was my first experience with this dealership, and he agreed to allow me to take the car to a mechanic to have the car inspected. There were no issues with the vehicle just as he told me, mechanics went over it for about an hour and a half and even told me of new parts that he had gone out of his way to replace so the car would be at peak performance. I purchased the car right after the mechanic double checked it to tell me everything he said wad correct! I was very worrisome about buying a vehicle after the last dealership I had gone to, but JR is an honest and good man and I was relieved to be in good hands with the cars condition, I got my title in a very timely manner. Some used car dealerships will sometimes do shady business and lie to you about the status of your title coming in but that was absolutely not the case with Caribbean Motors. They also offer their mechanics to service your cars for good prices and he gave me someone who could program a spare key for me at half the cost of the dealership! I could not have asked for more and could not be more happy with my vehicle, I have since told all of my friends to shop with him. Great dealership!
