The cost was about $10,700 which included asbestos clean out, attic clean out, rat containment, decontamination, rodent proofing of the attic and exterior, furnace closet clean out and proofing (bc the rats got into it), garage cleaning/decontamiation/proofing, reinstalling insulation and ducts, 2 year warranty AND a custom outside door that goes from the garage to the side of the house (not main garage door if that makes sense).
