They bring your chemicals out to your car too. Wolf doesn't just deal with pools, they are knowledgeable in hot tubs and will help you with suggestions when you run into a problem. I like the fact that they actually help you vs telling you that you need to purchase a new one from them. Quiet and clean store with much to see.

Horrible customer service. We ordered a hot tub in Jan. They said it wouldn't be delivered till end…read moreof Aug. Fine, I get it. (Supply chain issues) but they damaged it getting it in position. Put a small gouge in the fiberglass. Which they did fix right away by sanding it down, fine. But then they said they didn't want to mount the smart top cover because the electrician would need to unbolt it anyway to take that panel off and to just call back after the electrical work was done and that they would be right over to mount the top. It wouldn't take long and they could do it right away. I said fine. Then I noticed the filter ring bezel was busted. They said they would replace it when they come back for the cover. We will see!! 3 weeks went by, finally got the electrical work done. I call them back and they say it will be another 3 weeks before they can get out here. We're busy is the response I got. I'm sorry but can't see how it would take another 3 weeks to squeeze me in just to mount a cover on hot tub that has already taken 8 months to get and was damaged both from the factory and shipping. RANT OVER

And to Jose who knew everything about how to dial in the water perfectly. After getting the heat up I found that there was a leak! I called the next day and their service department sent Jeremy out who found a bad pump. He tried to replace an impeller but didn't have the right part, so he went back to the shop and took a pump out of a new spa in their inventory. He spent most of the day replacing the pump in sweltering heat and got my new spa running perfectly. I was amazed that I didn't have to wait 2 weeks for a new pump. Great company to do business with!

He answered my questions and gave me great suggestions. So, I purchased a pump from A1 pools. Now, to add to the story, where I had to place the pump was a farther away than the cord could reach. Zach gave me suggestions on what to do. I took the casing off and discovered that the pump had broken parts from the factory (the box it came in was in perfect shape). I brought the pump back to the store, they looked at it, and without ANY questions, they replaced it with a different one in stock. This was perfect, AND the pump WAS perfectly suited for my pool. Thanks to everyone at the A-1 Pools in West Bend.
