He is very pleasant and easy to work with. I had an issue with the pressure and he came out and got it running. Jeff even looked at the pool and tightened a couple items on the filter for me. He also gave me some advice on opening and closing up the pool. Jake O. - who delivered the pool and pool parts was very polite. Jake answered all my questions. He stacked the items neatly in our garage. I had a question about the voltage on the pump - he took the pump out of the box to show me what electric I needed for the new pool. Great customer service. I will say that I advise anyone looking to get a pool or to service a pool or just get pool supplies - to go to Park Place. They went above and beyond on customer service. I did not raise my voice, but was simply asking for help. They refused to give me a rain date and spoke to me like I was the one who had not been returning their calls for over a month. And to Jose who knew everything about how to dial in the water perfectly. After getting the heat up I found that there was a leak! I called the next day and their service department sent Jeremy out who found a bad pump. He tried to replace an impeller but didn't have the right part, so he went back to the shop and took a pump out of a new spa in their inventory. He spent most of the day replacing the pump in sweltering heat and got my new spa running perfectly. I was amazed that I didn't have to wait 2 weeks for a new pump. We had a specific plan that was a bit "outside the box" from what the typical customer is looking for in design and foliage. Our goal was to use only unique native Wisconsin plants that came from nearby nurseries to reduce our carbon footprint, without any shrubs, bushes or evergreens. Also, wanted species that would thrive without the use of chemical fertilizers or herbicides. The representatives from the first 3 landscaping companies that came to look at the project seemed confused and unsure on what we were trying to accomplish. Then we came upon Eco Harmony! I mentioned to Mike that we love to explore the trails at Schlitz Audubon Nature Center and were going for that type of vibe. He followed up with a plan and design we loved. Aside from coming up with a design that matched our vision, what really impressed us was how Mike went out of his way to meet with us at less than convenient hours. I typically don't get home from work until 8PM. Mike met with us several times in the later evening to finalize plans. His patience and easy going approach were much appreciated as well. I was in the market for a pool table and, after checking some out online as well as at a second…read morehand shop in town, made my way to Master Z's. What a fun spot. They have anything and everything you might need for a billiards room, game room, or patio. There is seriously so much fun goodness in here! They have a wonderful selection of pool tables with prices ranging from low to high end. I'm not a serious pool player and so opted for the low end of the spectrum. I was clear with the sales person on what I could afford and he did everything to accommodate (and didn't pressure me to purchase outside my comfort zone, which was nice). The final price for the pool table I purchased was only a couple hundred dollars higher than some of the used prices (after re-felting and necessary repairs would have been made to the used table). And, they were having a deal where we got a ping-pong table topper thrown in for free. On my way out, I perused through the store. Highlights: +They have some really nice dart board cupboards +They have a wonderful selection of cue sticks +Their patio selection is huge and, in my opinion, a little over-priced (but seriously...so much stuff) Get to it!
