I am a building engineer for THE industry leader of health club owner/operators, L*** T*** Fit****, serving my members for nearly 20 years. There cannot possibly be another single corporation who collectively operates more Steam and dry Sauna room square footage than my employer. Accurate Industries (AI) has been our primary partner for our Steam and dry heat Sauna rooms for years. I have nothing but good things to say; think of any single store, restaurant, contractor that you'd have no negative experiences with over the last decade. From customer service and parts/hardware solutions to new construction and troubleshooting (even when I need help, which almost never happens). Online catalogue is a welcome resource. Compliments to Myra, Mark, Trevor, Lynda and especially Steve. Steve takes my personal call even on his own time. The responding techs march in and treat you like old friends, even if you've never met them. There are members of mine who are very particular and sensitive to their own experiences in my resorts, some only come in to bathe, as it were. If you are familiar with providing an elite experience for paying guests, you understand how urgent the need is to provide the best experience and keep your equipment in excellent operational condition, and AI will not let you down. Product and operational knowledge are top tier. GREAT experience with them. Prices are mostly competitive. Here's the denominator, IF you find a price on goods or services that is lower to any degree; If cost seems high to you at first, please consider that it's cheaper to do it well and right, than it is to do it over. I have been in and out of service and retail industries for many, many years... Sometimes as the customer and sometimes as the service provider... But always a connoisseur of quality people and their effort and willingness to provide their very best, even when circumstances conspire to steer otherwise. In my dealings with Accurate Industries I have, without exception, savored every single step of our transactions. The people who serve you over the phone are cogent, erudite, well spoken, knowledgeable... and fun to talk to, besides! Their efforts to provide you with everything you need as seamlessly and proficiently as possible are unparalleled in my experience. Even when there is a hitch in the normally smooth flow of things, Accurate Industry's staff is right there, willing to do everything in their power to get you what you need, when you need it. I have tested and given failing grades to many suppliers of my vast array of needs in my business. I would gladly trade with the wonderful people at A.I. in any endeavor they chose to pursue. At the end of the day, it's all about trust, character, and getting the job done. Accurate Industries is the home of all three. You guys are awesome. Thanks for being a light in the darkness. read more

I have had nothing but good things regarding dealing with this company. Most recently,as the facility manager for a Health & Fitness Center, I use them for my steam room maintenance/repair needs and they have not let me down yet. Most recently, my steam room went down and I called them up to make a service appt. I called at 1:30pm on a Wed. fully expecting to be serviced on Thursday afternoon or Friday, but the gentleman on the phone said that when the tech (one of 2 whom I regularly deal with) found out it was for us, he made a special trip after a full day's install just to take care of us. I primarily deal with 2 service technicians-Marc and Steve. They are both thorough, professional and top-notch with their attention to detail and preventative maintenance. I cannot speak for others, only for myself, but I can tell you this- Accurate Industries has been nothing but prompt & courteous and they do great work. Thanks again, and keep up the great work! read more

I have worked with Accurate Industries for several years on the maintenance and repair of my personal steam unit. They are always timely, professional, and bring a superior expertise regarding my equipment. Recently I purchased a new steam generator after my existing unit could no longer be repaired (the manufacturer's issue, not Accurate's). We're loving the new steam shower and look forward to many years of happy use. On a personal note, I found Lorraine Barth (Field Service Manager) was terrific! She would often go above and beyond to make sure my issues were dealt with quickly and effectively. Steve Pollock was also of the utmost help in getting things working to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Accurate to anyone with a steam generator or are thinking of getting one. read more

Michelle Scofield is our main contact with Accurate Industries. When there is a customer in our area that is in need of having an existing steam shower repaired, or who is interested in installing a new unit, she gives us a call and lets us know in detail what the customer requires and their contact information. From there we contact the customer and provide them with the service they require. It is always a pleasure to speak with her, she has a bubbly personality, is very knowledgeable in her industry and is excellent in her follow up on each customer. She truly is a shining example of what customer service is meant to be. Anyone contacting Accurate Industries for service will be pleased with their care and concern and their speedy referral process to have repairs handled asap. read more

I had a time crunch for purchasing 4 steam room doors for an important client. Michelle answered the phone, personally walked me through the process, and maintained constant follow up/through until the doors arrived. Once on site, our team had some questions about the install. Once again she provided everything they needed to complete the job! I have to say, we ere missing one piece from the install kit for one of the doors...the guys in the field said it was missing from the box...but I honestly suspect the lost it. They brought this to my attention months after the purchase. I reached out to Michelle and she arranged to have it sent to the job site next day at not charge. I highly recommend this company...customer service is becoming a lost art! read more

Kaitlyn is amazing! Designing and installing a steam room/shower and a dry sauna is a daunting task. Kaitlyn has made it straightforward, organized and easy from the beginning with design, through meetings with contractors, and through the entire installation process. She always answers her phone when contractors have urgent questions. Without this, the contractors would otherwise be stuck and not able to finish out their days work. But she gets their questions answered immediately, and they can continue doing their tasks. I can't say enough about Kaitlyn and Accurate Industries and their amazing customer service and quality of products! I would never use anyone else for a steam room or sauna!!! Thank you so much Kaitlyn!!! read more

I received a call from Marc Williamson from Accurate Industries. He was calling to see if we needed any parts for our sauna. We had made a purchase several years ago and it was a one time purchase. His call was at a perfect time! I'm a property manager at a apartment complex. We have been trying to see how we go about disinfecting our sauna as we plan to open amenities to our residents. I explained what I needed and he had sauna cleaner! I feel we have the perfect disinfectant to use now! Thank you Marc W.! read more
