I called my go-to mechanic, Kevin and the guys at Emerald Auto. I told them the car probably needed brakes and I was heading back home once my son returned from his trip. No need to "go long" on the inspection.... Kevin knew he wasn't going to see this car again, and a lesser man would be tempted to grab as much $$ as possible, right? My trust was well-placed. He gave the vehicle a full inspection "so it would be safe driving back to your son's home". Wow. Fortunately, the car was in pretty good shape and didn't need as extensive a brake job as we thought. The price reflected this. We took care of a couple of maintenance items and we were out the door, same day! Kevin and the guys are honest, thorough, and professional. I won't go anywhere else.

One time Mike had told me to take it to the dealer first because it's still under warranty. That in itself is a rarity. I took it to the dealer and they could t find anything wrong. I took it back to Mike and told him to go ahead and do a complete diagnostic to which he did and found a rather large leak in my exhaust. I took Mikes pictures and findings back to the dealer to where they "apologized" and made the repairs. They knew they just didn't want to repair it because they get less money on a factory repair. I had another incident where he had to weld the exhaust manifold back on. It's a Chevy Traverse if anyone's wondering. I also have fleet vehicles that I tell them to take it to Mike if they have the time as he's not a huge shop but I would rather give my business to a small shop then Corporate any day of the week and the service beats them out anyway if the week. Eleven out of Ten I…read morehighly recommend SoCal Auto! Chris, the owner, is honest, knowledgeable, and truly looks out for his customers. I originally took my prius to a nearby automotive group, where I was told I needed brake fluid, coolant fluid, and transmission fluid services that would have cost me nearly $1,000 in other words an arm and a leg. Said my brake fluid is dirty and my coolant fluid needs flushing. Before moving forward, I decided to get a second opinion from other automotive groups one of which was SoCal Auto. Chris at SoCal Auto inspected my vehicle, tested my brake fluid and inspected my coolant fluid and found that they were close to brand new and didn't need changing. Instead of trying to sell me unnecessary work, he was upfront, honest, and saved me a whole band in minutes. He knows his stuff, and was super cool about it It's hard to find an experienced mechanic you can trust, especially in such short notice. SoCal Auto has definitely earned my business. I usually handle my own oil changes myself, but at the time I didn't have my tools with me, so I decided to bring my vehicle here instead -- and I'm glad I did. Richard (owner) gave me a quote and helped me schedule the oil change. During that oil change, Cole (one of the mechanics) noticed that my shocks were leaking, which was causing uneven tire wear. I truly appreciated his keen eye and honesty in pointing it out. Because of his heads-up, I went to the Jeep dealership and was able to get the shocks replaced under warranty -- something I likely would have missed until it was too late and no longer covered. More recently, I returned to have my start/stop battery replaced to clear a caution light, and once again the experience was smooth and professional. Their pricing is reasonable, the quality of work is solid, and they get your car ready quickly without cutting corners. It's hard to find auto shops you feel comfortable trusting, but Mission Auto Repair has definitely earned my repeat business. Highly recommend.

Great price From the…read moremoment I contacted B&C Auto Repair, I was treated with nothing but kindness, professionalism, and respect. My first conversation was actually with Corey's mother, who was answering the phones at the time. She made me feel like I was talking to family. During our conversation, she shared that B&C Auto Repair has been serving customers for three generations and that her son, Corey, now proudly carries on that legacy. After speaking with Corey, it became immediately clear where he learned his exceptional customer service. He was patient, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely took the time to answer every question I had without ever making me feel rushed. In today's world, that level of personal attention is rare. I brought my 2024 Ford F-250 Lariat Ultimate to B&C for suspension work, engine upgrades, and several aftermarket modifications, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. The technicians, Matt and Stephen, were just as friendly, professional, and knowledgeable as Corey. Even while they were busy working on my truck, they took the time to explain the work being performed, answer my questions, and made sure I understood every step of the process. That kind of customer service and transparency is hard to find. What impressed me even more was what happened after the work was completed. Corey stood behind everything they had done. If there was anything that needed to be adjusted or fine-tuned, he didn't hesitate to make it right. That level of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction speaks volumes about the character of this business. The team at B&C Auto Repair is worth every penny. You're not just paying for parts and labor; you're investing in decades of experience, expert craftsmanship, and a team that genuinely cares about delivering the highest quality work. Whether you're looking for aftermarket suspension systems, diesel performance upgrades, maintenance, or a complete custom truck build, this is the shop you want working on your vehicle. I will absolutely be returning to B&C Auto Repair for all of my future diesel, suspension, and performance needs. If you're looking for honest people, exceptional workmanship, and customer service that truly goes above and beyond, I highly recommend B&C Auto Repair. You won't be disappointed.
