I went here for the first time after doing some research. They seemed to have good reviews and I wanted them to take a look at my car and check the brakes since it's been a while. Everyone i spoke to there was very nice and thoroughly listened to me, while also providing me information on what needed to be done. They quoted me a price and that was what I paid, they didn't try to get me to do anything more. On my first visit they also noticed a nail in my tire and put some air in it as it was extremely low and i didn't realize. Thankfully a discount tire is just down the street. If you need to drop your car off they also have a great shopping plaza nearby to kill some time while you wait. If you are looking for a new shop, id recommend giving them a try. Dropped off my wife's car the night before and slipped the key through the door mail slot. Received a call in the morning and said it was the rear brakes and suggested the oil change as well. Straight to business and no nonsense. I LIKE it! Was affordable and they did a great job breaking(pun not intended) down what was going on. Was shocked they had the car done so quickly. Then I moved away, now I just moved back to SD, and my car recently made a flapping sound twice on the highway. I was very concerned and brought my car in today. The crew was super nice and helpful, just like I remembered. They checked it out and found that lots screws under the car were missing, causing the cover to hang loosely and hit the bottom of the car, which made the noise I heard. They added screws back to my car, and didn't charge me anything, I really appreciate their service, honest, their kindness is a treasure! I had a weird situation in which I needed the back row of seats reinstalled into my car. They had been removed down to the frame when a friend had borrowed my car to move some furniture. Initially, I contacted the dealer and was quoted over $1000 for this repair. Being new to the neighborhood and ignorant about cars in general, I was apprehensive to search for a second opinion. I'm so grateful I did! Kyle took my call and was able to squeeze me in the following day to check out the situation. I quite literally drove the shell of my car and a handful of nuts and bolts to the shop. I would have completely understood if he had said that the job was too complex. Instead, he saw the mess and said, "Let me see what I can do. I like a good challenge." Within 30 minutes he had reassembled the entire back of my car. It looked and functioned better than it had when I bought it (or at least, equally as great as it did when it was a brand new car). I put this task off for months, driving the kids around in our second car while telling myself, "It can wait another week." With a baby on the way and a car seat still in the box, I was running out of "another week." Kyle was friendly, polite, kind, and efficient. His customer service was unmatched. While in the waiting area, I chatted with the owner a bit. It's obvious that this is a business with integrity, experience, and excellence. Allen's Wrench is the absolute BEST! They were recommended to me by Richard at Mission Auto Repair (who are also awesome) when he wasn't sure what the issue with my car was. When I got there, they took my car right away and figured out the problem within about 10 minutes. It ended up being a simple fix and they didn't charge me! The next day they even called to follow up and make sure everything was still working great. Seriously so kind of them to follow up!! Because of that experience, I went back when I needed new brake pads. I called ahead to schedule a drop-off and the whole process was super easy. Their pricing was super fair, they kept me updated throughout everything, and I also had an oil change and tire rotation done while I was there. When I picked up my car there was also a box of Girl Scout cookies left inside. I used to service my 2005 Toyota Camry XLE, so I knew the place, now I'm back with 2017 Toyota Rav 4. It could be a long wait for an appointment, even for oil change (it's how busy they are), but even when an oil change is requested, it's also brakes checked, fluid levels are checked, all tire pressure are adjusted. I recently had my under carriage come off (luckily I had it still) so I went today to see if anyone could tack it back on. Thankfully they could!
