Prob can't get the house painted based on what overhearer said he'd charge..maybe just the awning. I called name jotted down by paint guy. Picky Painting, husband & wife team, who set a time to meet me in Tonawanda to look. $$$$ turned out to be $$. Hired them immediately to do whole house & awnings. Which they did beautifully AND professionally. Detail oriented. I'm writing this several years later, and can tell you it's still beautiful. The value added to my double far exceeded what we paid for this job.
