Lol like I said that all above is a ! Well guess what!! JEREMY AND HIS CREW ARE JUST THAT!!! Not only did they knock my whole fence & mailbox post job out in LESS than 3 hours (that includes cleanup!) BUT I met with him on Monday to get an estimate & he was able to squeeze me in on that Friday! This is the busiest time of the year for these guys being end of season & he fit me in in less than 5 Days!! MANY of the other people I received quotes from were ridiculously high on price and STILL couldn't fit me in until 2018! Jeremy is SUPER friendly, funny, & personable! After 5 minutes of us meeting we felt like we were long lost "brothers from different mothers" lol So if you're looking for people that are going to be at an affordable rate, PUNCTUAL, courteous, professional, dedicated to getting the job done right the 1st time quickly & efficiently, strong attention to detail, honest, and make you feel comfortable referring them to others that need work done.... Jeff and his crew were amazing! They worked diligently over an eight day period to remove 18 y.o…read more wallpaper from 6 offices, and a large medical reception area. Much of the wallpaper removal damaged the underlying wall board which required them to repair and seal it with an oil based paint. Once sealed, they skim coated the walls using three applications, sanded, and primed the walls leaving a very smooth, paint-able surface. They finished by painting all surfaces with two coats of our pre-selected colors using my favorite paint from Sherwin-Williams. They were very flexible with their scheduling and fortunately completed the wall paper removal and smelly, oil-based painting while our office was closed over a three day period. They completed the rest of the work starting at 7 AM until noon each day when we were least busy. They cleaned all areas well before departing each day which allowed us to keep dust to a minimum. Most importantly, at no point did they disrupt our business operations. At all times Jeff and his crew were courteous, flexible, considerate, respectful, and quiet with our administrative staff, our counselors, and most importantly with our patients . They were truly kind with a great attitude and great sense of humor. Significantly, the price was very fair and reasonable for the huge amount of work they completed. We have received compliments from almost every patient who sees the changes for the first time since their last visit. I will certainly use them in future projects, and expect that I will have them do some work in my home in the next year or so. Truly outstanding quality and service.

I highly recommend Gary as he was so thorough. Gary removed some old wallpaper, prepped and prepared the walls and ceiling for new paint, changed a light fixture, serviced the ceiling fan, and left the site spotless, as expected. He will be returning for one minor touch-up area we noticed after he left. I received three quotes for this bathroom project, and although Gary wasn't the cheapest, he was very fair with material pricing, timing of project etc. I'm glad I chose him! You won't be sorry if you hire Restore WNY. I've included some before and after photos.

Did not receive any response. I starting sending multiple emails & voice messages. They did not respond until I threatened to leave a bad review. I was told they were backed up & it would have to wait until fall. At this point, other painters I reached out to were not accepting new work, so I tried to be patient/understanding & said I'll wait. It's Sept 23rd, I emailed one final time to get on the schedule & was told again they are too busy. Why would they take new business when they have existing signed contracts?! Now I'm stuck with no painter & probably won't be able to get this done until next Spring! That's bad business! There's a lot of painters out there, I'm sorry I trusted this one!

He runs the business side extremely well, also. Communication was perfect - letting me know each stage of the way how it was progressing, answering questions and replying to my requests. Not every company is good at that. I will call upon Kocz Custom Painting for future work. Mitch and Dan, partners, young men in their early twenties, have a head for business and are skilled at their trade. They may be young, but they know how to paint! They have informally been painting since they were sixteen. They took great care to help us pick the right colors - their input was nice, as they know the trends. Plus, they bought many sample size paints over so we could see if a particular color really would look like we imagined. I changed my mind several times. Mitch was very patient with me. I really appreciated his patience. They took care to move and/or cover furniture in the way. We had a considerable amount of moving of belongings, not easy. They never complained or up-charged us for all the moving. They cleaned and properly prepped the walls. Truly this is a most important step before even painting. Then they proceeded to paint. They paid attention to details. Edges were crisp. You can tell they take pride in their work. It shows! Besides painting of walls in bedrooms and bathrooms, we also had a bookshelf painted white. A laborious task of sanding off the wood stain and then painting. Came out beautiful and really gives our den an updated appearance. In addition, my front metal door was beat up and needed touching up. After sanding down and re-painting in spots, the door looks so much more presentable. Their prices are very reasonable. They are friendly, courteous, respectful and professional. We were so pleased that we referred them to a friend who needed painting in her house. She, too, was happy with the their service. I highly recommend Fresh Wall Paint. It's a pleasure to have these hard-working, enterprising, skilled, pleasant young men working in your home. You can trust them. We had to leave the house a few hours while they worked. No worries. Give them a chance next time you need painting!

I rarely leave negative reviews for local small businesses but I feel like I need to in this case…read more To be fair, the paint on my house looks good, no complaints about that, they did show up on time, they were quiet when they worked. The lack of stars come from the fact they didn't complete the work , and the general carelessness of the work completed. ( they were fairly neat with their lunch/break stuff other than a few Mighty Taco wrappers and drink bottles). They got paint in my mulch, on a shrub, on the flagstone and the lawn. They broke 3 of my solar lights and a piece of flagstone. They never told me this happened. They did come back and complete the work. I understand paint on the lawn will eventually be mowed away, mulch can be rearranged, shrubs can be trimmed, lights can be replaced. I don't expect to have to clean up after contractors. I know things can get damaged or broken, I expect to be told when that happens. Having good customer service isn't never making a mistake or never having something go wrong on a job, it's how those things are addressed and handled. Making excuses isn't what I would consider good customer service. My expectations for this company were just too high I guess.
