I Purchased hearing aids from Camino ENT around 18 months ago for $7,000 which I considered to be…read morean outrageous price. Their claim was that they provide much better service, repair, warranty, etc. Their claim was BS. The hearing aid worked great for about a year and when they started acting weird I called to make an appointment for their great follow up service, they were booked out around 2 months. They contacted me a day or two before my appointment to reschedule, again another two months out. They rescheduled that appointment also. Ultimately it took over six months to ge an appointment. They performed some software updates and changes to the programming to see if that helped. It did not. So I called for another appointment. I called and left a message 5 times over 3 weeks before they finally called me back to schedule. Now they are sending my hearing aids back to the manufacturer for service and I received loaner hearing aids that are 3 or 4 generations back. Their top notch service, repair, and support, doesn't exist. Go to Costco and get a similar set of hearing aids for around 20% of the price.

I am writing this on behalf of my Mom who went to see Dr Margaret Carter.   She has been suffering…read morefrom a consistent earache for the past 2 weeks and was finally able to get a referral to see an Ear, Nose and Throat Specialist.   We came in on time at 10:30am 4/26/24.  Upon arriving, we were asked by the front desk to fill up an 8 page form prior to seeing the doctor. Mind you, my mom is 74 years old and everything at this age just takes extra time.  We were expecting to be treated with empathy and consideration.   This was not the experience we had here at all. After a few minutes, the front desk receptionist told my mom to "Hurry up to finish completing the forms!"   This was already surprising because I didn't expect for them to treat my mom with such harshness.   It was then that  the medical assistant came out and rushed my mom to come inside the room with the forms not being completed at all. My mom told the receptionist that she was not done with the forms and her harried response to her was "You can finish them on the way out." The medical assistant then came and asked my mom to follow her into the exam room.   As my mom was going in the room, she abruptly yelled for my mom to  "take a seat."  Surprised at her obvious rudeness with my mom, my Dad then asked her "why are you so loud?" She responded with a harsh stare and no response at all.  When asked what her name was, she said "Mida" and did not bother to look up from what she was doing.    In my mind I was already thinking, is this how you treat 74 year old patients?  Unacceptable.   Mida took my mom's blood pressure and pulse rate. After taking her vital signs, she asked my mom to "Go to the scale" with the same demanding voice.  She didn't even bother to take off the pulse rate instrument including blood pressure cuffs.  My mom was a little dumbfounded at this point because usually the equipment is taken off first. Did Mida expect her to do this herself? My mom then asked her  "Do you want me to drag this pulse rate kit to step onto the scale?"   It was only then that Mida took the pulse rate kit off of my Mom.   When my mom actually go to see Dr Margaret Carter, it was only 4 minutes total.  Complete waste of our time and energy to only be treated like crap.  Hoping this review helps some of the rest of you if you ever need to choose an Ear, Nose and Throat Specialist.  I'm writing this because no one deserves to be treated like this.   Especially my 74 year old parents.

When I arrived to the appointment at 8:30, I saw her inside and the door locked, I knocked the door twice because I didnt see her turning back. Then, she felt so unpleasant and told that " I was coming to open the door". When she got my information, I was difficult at hearing, so I asked her to repeat. She just kept silent. And I had to ask if she wanted to talk about the insurance. She raised her eyes and said "You dont know your insurance cover?" Of course, I dont know. I want to come here because I saw the hearing center is listed in-network with Anthem. And then she asked me something I didnt hear well. I asked can you speak slowly? She said "this is my regular speech". What??? Your customers come to your place because they do have problem with hearing and you treated them unrespectfully. I felt uncomfortable at that moment and I told her be friendly, and then she changed her voice tone. But this was so frustrating experience here. Charis - hearing specialist is friendly, but as another person reviewed, she just tried to sell device more than truly listening customer's problem. She is rushed and not active to any ask questions. Before coming here, I got very good experience with hearing specialist at Costco when he consulted me a lot and did different tests and helped me to try with different devices. Not recommended to this place.

I should have known better not to consider this office because I also recall calling and leaving a message back in 2024, and they never returned my call last year either.
