Save yourself the trouble; don't go to this doctor…read more I saw Dr. Burt a few months ago because I was dizzy constantly for a solid month. I was told it's just something that happens during allergy season or if I had bad cold. Was given some prescriptions and my dizziness went away! I was cured! Fast forward to a few weeks after when all the symptoms came back. Dr Burt told me that may happen and to just return when it did. I called... no answer. I called again, left a voicemail, nothing. I've called a minimum of 8 times and I've left 2 messages, no one has ever picked up or returned my calls. At my wits end, I called my primary doctor and got another ENT and immediately noticed a huge improvement. Dr. Burt simply looked at my ears and gave me a diagnosis. My new ENT scheduled a hearing test, along with a handful of other tests on my first visit where I was diagnosed with vestibular migraines. They've been so encouraging and helpful in my quest to get better. When I mentioned my previous ENT, by name, I was informed of how many other patients they had from Dr. Burt and how, essentially, he was only in business still because he's the only ENT in the area. It's now been at least 2-3 months since I've called and I have yet to even get a return phone call. You'd think a doctor's office that had no patients outside of myself when I visited would need to answer the phones.

Or just me not reacting in time when exposed to places with speakers playing really loud music? These people are the exclusive specialists you should see if you have concerns with tinnitus of any kind. They will pull all of the important hearing tests and properly educate you about tinnitus so you won't believe stuff you see online. I now carry around ear plugs attached to my keys everywhere I go. I may not be able to control random loud sounds outside but I can control how I react. By putting on ear plugs the instant I know loud noises are coming, and living cautiously by not going to places where I know the noise/music is loud.

I called the next morning right when they opened and the receptionist was the nicest person and got me an appointment the very same day. Dr. Ashley was the doctor that took care of me. She's absolutely amazing. She was very thorough and explained to me everything she was doing. She definitely spent over an hour with me irrigating both my ears and micro suction. Over four decades I've seen a number of ENTs, audiologists and hearing aid providers. Ganesh tops them all. I've experienced the tremendous progress in aid technology. Forty years ago, audiologists, with nary a computer in the room, would tweak the old analog aids with a tiny screwdriver. Aids today can be fitted far more precisely, but that also requires a knowledgeable, skilled provider who understands how to customize that power and is willing to take the time to get the best fit.
