Alright, I've been coming here long enough I can give an honest\accurate review. In January I was involved in an auto accident that left me with considerable back and shoulder pain that wasn't getting any better. One quick phone call to Discover and I was setup with an appointment to see Dr. B with the hope he was going to help get my life back on track. My first visit consisted of a meet up with Dr. B and a quick trip down the street to get some x-rays taken. After reviewing the x-rays Dr. B was able to come up with a game plan and we got to work. After visiting Dr. B for about a week I was able to move my shoulder pain free and was finally able to get a good nights sleep. This review is for Dr. Ron Bellistri. I got a call in March from this office saying that they were offering a deal. If you bring in a canned food item you will receive a FREE spinal exam AND X-ray. I already see a very good chiropractor but I thought, why not give it a shot. So I booked an appointment. I come in on the day of my appointment and Dr. Bellistri tells me "I don't know who told you about free X-rays. We don't do X-rays here". Okay, maybe the receptionist gave wrong information on accident. What ever. Not a big deal. So he sends me out to get X-rays done. The next day he checks out my X-rays and tell me my lower back is really bad, that of a "40 year old women". That scared the shit out of me to be honest. The X-rays didn't look horrible to me but I'm no doctor. So we go sit down to talk about pricing for care. I'm expecting something similar to what I'm already paying. Maybe a little more. He shows me this paper and the first number is $4500 for 90 days of care BUT he's running a deal so it will only be $2500. My brain immediately said NO but before I could even say anything he's already trying to convince me why I should do this. I told him I couldn't afford it so he offered to take off another $500. I felt completely pressured. I felt manipulated. I felt like I wasn't able to say no and that I wasn't allowed to go home and think about it. So I said yes. The rest of the day and night I was so stressed out and my anxiety was through the roof. I couldn't sleep. I decided that I didn't want to continue and that I needed to cancel. So I went in the next morning and told him that I couldn't afford this and that I needed to cancel. He continued to try to manipulate me and make me feel like I HAD to do this. He even offered to take off another $500. At this point I just had a bad taste in my mouth. All I could think is that if he could take off first $2000 as a deal, and then another $1000 for me because I couldn't afford his price, how much is he over charging in the first place? He told me I needed to give it a week to think about it and if I still felt this way that we could cancel. I left. Not even an hour later I called him and told him I wanted to cancel, that's it. He still tried to manipulate me and offer more deals but I just said no. In this time of about 3 or 4 days I had 2 adjustments. I know that I need to pay for his time and services which is fine. He told me it would take about 7 days to get it done. 7 days passes and I don't hear anything so I call. He calls me back and says his book keeper is out of town and she handles all that stuff and to call back on April 9th if I don't hear anything. That day rolls around and I don't hear anything. I'm being VERY patient. I call again. And he has more excuses why it hasn't been done. He says that he told me it would take about 30 days to be done and that my 30 days isn't up yet. I told him I wanted to cancel on March 14th. He told me this bs about 30 days on about April 16th so yes the 30 days was up. I felt like I was totally getting the run around and that he was just hoping I'd go away. NOPE. I called the bank and disputed the charge and only then did he decide to refund me my money. But guess what, remember that first free appointment that I went in for, well he charged me for it. $387. So I guess you only actually get that first apt for free if you continue with treatment and pay a crazy amount of money. I tried calling a left multiple messages trying to get a hold of him to ask him why I was being charged for that first apt which was supposed to be free because I brought in the canned food but I can never seem to get a response. I felt completely taken advantage of. I don't recommend this doctor at all. Worst experience I've ever had with any kind of doctor or service for that matter. read more

My children and I have been seeing Dr. Bellistri for about 2 years for preventive care. My son played ball and would see Dr. B after practices. My daughter also played softball and complained of back pain. When seeing Dr. Ron both kids reported feeling so much better. My daughter is now in the Navy and makes a point to get adjusted when she is home on leave. Dr. Ron is always flexible and accommodating with our schedules. I was in a car accident in 2018. A lawyer recommended dr. B because he would get paid from my settlement. I really thought he was helping me because I felt better after my visits. I moved to Tracy from Gilroy and found a Chiropractor that takes my insurance. I have to say that she has done more for me in 1 session than dr. B did for me in 4!! I really thought he was helping me, but all he did was give me 2 adjustments at each appt. My new Dr. starts by massaging my back from my tail bone to my neck, then she adjusts my spine from bottom to top, then she adjusts my neck, then she puts me on a neck and back pulsating machine with warm compresses for 15 min. at each visit!! She is truly amazing. Dr. B asked me to write a review on Yelp for him and he later told me that my review brought him 16 new clients. He told me that if I'm ever in the area, to come see him for a free adjustment. I took him up on the offer (before I got my new Dr.) and after the adjustment, he asked for $100.00 cash only!! I about fell over. All I had was $85.00, so he took it. I'm so sorry I posted that 1st review for him, when it's obvious he cares more for money than he does his patients. And to top it off, he got more money from my settlement than I did, and I was the one that got hurt!! So needless to say; I don't recommend dr. B any more. read more

Ron Bellistri - I have no respect for you. I have asked your telemarketing firm to take me off your call list EVERY SINGLE TIME they call. Do you know what they do? They just ignore the request. So guess what? You get a bad review! Your firm sucks. If you can't figure out better marketing practices than to pester people month after month after month after you've repeatedly been asked to stop, then you don't deserve to be in business. If your chiropractic office is anything like your marketing, you have to be a joke, a laugher, really unprofessional. I am positive you are unable to give any decent treatment. I would even wager that all new clients probably get sold a whole lot of service they don't need, and that exercise would most likely eliminate their issue 98% of the time. New clients: Stay away from Bellestri unless you want to be pestered for the rest of your life. (And no, I shouldn't have to contact your office to opt out of your call list.) We're even now. I went in to see Mr. B with horrible pain between my shoulders that radiated all the way up my neck and up to the bottom of my head. I suffered from stiffness in my neck as well as weakness and pain radiating down my left arm. I was starting to get horrible headaches that would last days and I was unable sleep. Finally, overwhelmed with pain I happened to stumble upon his first time patient special on Facebook. From the first phone call I knew Dr. B was someone who took his work very serious. He asked how I had heard about him and since it wasn't by word of mouth he advised me to read over some patients reviews online. He wanted me to be 100% sure he was someone I wanted to work with. I hopped back on Facebook, read over some reviews and by the third one I was sold. I filled out the appointment form online and my first time patient paper work was sent right over by email. My first appointment with Dr. B was a basic assessment. He gave me a pamphlet called "Do you have back a problem or do you have a health problem" which helped us determine if it was in fact a back issue and not a health issue. After a few more questions and tests he set up an appointment to take an xray, which is included with the first time patient special, and told me once my results were in we could move forward with discussing a treatment plan as well as getting the treatment going. The x ray took 15mins max and was not very far at all. The results were back by the next day and the following day we were able to meet again. We went over my x rays and he explained to me that I suffered from F.H.P.. He then went on to discussed the treatment he recommended, which he told me I didn't have to decide on right away. We also talked about some other things I could do outside of his office to not only decrease my pain but to increase my overall health. I know you're probably thinking, come on, when are you going to get cracked? Don't worry! I got adjusted right after. Lol One of the things I loved about Mr. B right away was how informative he was. Yes, he could just adjust you and send you on your way but it's the small tips and facts he shares with you that help to make sure your treatment will last long after your adjustments or treatment. After my first adjustment I felt an instant relief of pressure from my neck and shoulders and by my 2nd I was sleeping like a baby. I've been seeing Dr. B for about a month now and my quality of life has already greatly improved. He's very flexible with scheduling and very open to working around your needs. I've never once felt pressured or like I wasn't receiving the treatment I paid for. I would highly recommend Dr. B to any and everyone! Come see him ASAP!! I would highly recommend taking him up on his first time patient special. Even if you don't suffer from severe pain, a little adjustment to get your spine right never hurt anyone! read more
