On moving day, Eugene and the two other guys on his team were awesome. They were really careful and thorough with everything. They wrapped our furniture and belongings extremely well, and we didn't have a single thing damaged. They also took the time to disassemble and reassemble furniture, which was a huge help. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the whole move. The only thing I would mention is that the move took longer than we originally expected. BUT honestly, I don't really see this as a negative because it was clear that they were taking their time and doing things the right way. We've had movers in the past who rushed, cut corners, and ended up damaging things, so I would much rather have a team take a little longer and be careful with our stuff. Overall, we were really happy with Albo and would definitely recommend them. I reached out via cell and Alex responded the same day asking for more info. I texted it all to him. The next day he emailed me a quote and laid out all the info. The pricing was very fair, and based on his quick response time and great reviews, I decided to hire them. I am very glad that I did. My move went extremely well. I hired 2 movers and a 20-foot truck. Eugene and Serg were great. They clearly communicated their arrival time and kept me updated via text. There were 2 pick up locations - my storage unit and my parent's house. They had everything from storage wrapped and packed into the truck in 2 hours. Then we went to my parents for a few more things, we were out of there in under an hour. They drove to Jersey City and then had the entire truck unpacked and moved in and all the packing material cleaned up in 3 hours. It was an extremely hot day and the guys worked really hard and very quickly. I told every company that we have a small move as we had been moving things little by little by ourselves, only Lynn provided me with the lowest minimum hours and competitive pricing. When I said I would get back to her, I appreciated her persistence in following up. They estimated 2.5 hours of work and Carlos and his team did a great job efficiently moving things, only took 30 more minutes than they estimated. They also didn't have any hidden charge for wrapping material for couch etc. My husband at the receiving address said they were very careful with our newly renovated home, the floor, the wall etc as they moved and assembled furniture. After the move, the owner Diego himself reached out to check in and asked for feedback. As somebody running a business myself and working with business owners, I really appreciate how they run their business, the efficiency, the flexibility and the care. Before they even arrived, I got a tracking link to follow their location just like Uber, which immediately made me feel at ease. Crisanto and his crew showed up right on time and were incredible. They worked quickly but carefully, wrapping all of my furniture and somehow managing three giant mirrors without a single issue. Not one complaint and not one moment of stress.
