I might never see her again, but I'll always remember her kindness and efficiency . This store has actually helped me a lot over the years and never charged me that much at all! WHICH because of that woman (rhymes with Witch is more accurate) as I needed one. HOWEVER after drinking my Pepsi all night long, I needed to make a trip to the facilities. I was refused access as there were NO public bathrooms! I pointed out that I had just SPENT money there AND a good deal more in the past! All to NO avail! SO I DO have a three hole punch now . . . BUT from Target, NOT Office Depot! I do NOT ever intend to go there again as CLEARLY I am NOT wanted there! So I will respect (something they do NOT know anything about!) their wishes from here on out and NOT bother them again! I will add in closing that I am nearly 67 years of age, hardly a street bum, but I SURE was treated like one being given the bums rush and all! I do want to add that not all their staff is so rude, but when the manager is that AND more, THAT's is SAD! I will add that I have been in customer service since 1975! So I DO know how to take care of customers, and I NEVER treat mine like that character did me! Good bye and good riddance! You'll be happy to know that I will NOT ever bother you again! Please take a VERY long walk on a VERY short pier lady! And I use that term VERY loosely, but I am trying hard to keep this G rated!

The toner cartridge finely…read morebecame depleted to the point that the printed pages were getting dim and streaky so I bought two new HP cartridges from Amazon. When I installed the new cartridge, the printed pages were still dim and streaky. Just to be sure, I replaced the new cartridge with the other new one and got the same result: dim and streaky. Thinking that the printer had other problems, I took it to Office Imaging Systems. Mr. Nelson looked it over and quickly determined that the printer was fine, it was the new toner cartridge that was bad. He replaced it with one from his supply and everything now works well. Who knew that you could get not one but two defective official HP cartridges in the same shipment from Amazon?? Thanks to Office Imaging Systems for saving us time, bother, and money on this printer repair!

On my part yes I admit I should have done more research before making a purchase but I was specifically told the printer would work for what I needed. I've only interacted with 7 different people since attempting to onboard with them since March and…read moreit's now May and the lack of internal communication is really impressive. I don't think any of the 7 "team" members had talked to the others. I should invoice them for all the time I've spent educating each of them individually on my relatively simple install. And then today I sat down to my computer to find one of their techs on my computer through their remote agent with no heads up or approval on my end. I had never heard of the individual and have no idea about his personal background. I just spent the last few days updating our cybersecurity policies and one of the biggest cyber threats out there according to the AICPA is IT firms and their administrators using their access to commit cyber crimes. What confidence should I or you have in Les Olson-very, very little!

We purchased a 20k+ Sharp machine and it is the single worst purchase we have made in 25 years. The machine was probably OK, the service and attitudes were definitely not. In our opinion, run like the wind. We were able to return the machine and will never do business with Les Olson again.
