Our company is loyal to Les Olson and has been for many years. We have a fax machine from these guys that has been with the company longer than I have (and I have been here 16 years.) They always take care of us when it comes to service, supplies, and new machines. Randy Whipple and his crew always take care of our needs. We currently have 2 copiers in our Salt Lake office, 1 copier in our Las Vegas office, and the old fax machine ... all purchased and maintained by Les Olson. One thing we do is have a service contract on our machines that covers all of the parts and labor (with the exception of toner, I want to say) and we always have someone come out within hours of when we call for service. The best thing that they do for us, though, in my opinion is house our paper. We buy a full pallet of paper at a time which saves on money. You know, buying in bulk. But they only bring us 8 boxes of paper at a time when we call and ask for it. They house the rest which saves us on overhead and storage of the supplies. Best deal!! read more

We have two copiers from Les Olson at our business. They are great to work with. Service is exceptional, if a machine breaks or has a slight problem, they are out that day or the next. They are very reliable and friendly to work with. Randy Whipple is our contact and frequently checks in on us to make sure everything is okay. They go out of their way to make sure we are happy. Bottom line is always, you get what you pay for. They are competitive and their support and customer service phenomenal. With everything a small business has to worry about, it's nice to have something you know will always be taken care of. Our copier broke once when we were printing hundreds of booklets we needed for the weekend, I called and they were at my business in an hour and had it fixed. We were able to finish printing them and our weekend event was a success. The repairs were free under our service contract. The service contract has saved us so much money in parts and labor, we are very happy with them and highly recommend them. read more

I have worked in medical offices for 30 years and have always worked with Les Olsen for leasing of equipment and paper supplies. In the beginning we tried to save $$ buying big box store paper but had jams in the equipment all of the time, Randy Whipple advised the paper had too high of lint content which caused the problem. He sent us some of their preferred paper and we haven't had a problem since. Their paper isn't much more but saves in down time and frustration which is more than worth it! His team is great in responding if we have equipment issues. I moved from one medical practice to a different doctor and was so lucky my new office was also in Randy's territory. As a new small business we got suckeded in to what we thought was a good deal from Les Olsen Company. We paid 6k for a "BROTHER" printer 3 years ago. It has needed an AVG of $1500.00 worth of maintenance a year ( no contract) for stuff NOT covered under their warranty. At the time we did not realize nor were we told that Les Olsen is the only one in Salt Lake, that offered the " Brother MXC-11" . This year they want another 2k to replace rollers, fix some of the PLASTIC parts that have broken etc. So our loss on this printer has now doubled what we paid for it. Bottom line, NO GOOD. They are good at marketing, horrible on support and customer service. Cheaper to buy a 600.00 printer every year that does more. The last tech that came out charged us a HUGE amount for reg maintenance. As a large and small business consultant I am NOT IMPRESSED!. read more

Les Olson is Awesome there customer service is better than 99% of the companies out there. I can always have success with Les Olson whether it's a new copier, support or supplies. Jacob Reeder has saved me numerous times. I can call him anytime of the day with questions on color that I can't qet right and he will help me on the phone for as long as it takes to work it out and If I can't get it right over the phone he has been know to come by and look at it in person. If I run out of toner or supplies Les Olson is great at speedy delivery and on an emergency basis Jacob Reeder has also jumped in his car can ran it up to me so I could meet my deadline. I am the receptionist at a Fabrication facility. I started a little over a year ago; where they already had the contract with LOC here John Sherwood has been the service tech. It has been great to work with John, whenever we need him for assistance with our machine or just for supplies, he comes as soon as he can. He is very easy to get along with and is very reliable. I first met John while I worked at my previous job, so I was really happy when I saw him come out to service the machines at my current job. He has a fun personality and gets a long really good with everyone in our office. John is really knowledgeable at what he does, and works in a very professional manner. Les Olsen has been a great company to do business with. They have always been VERY quick to service our machine and bring out new toner when needed. There has a few times we had ran completely and I have called them and they have us new toner that same day. Also, we recently had a flood at our office and had to replace our machine. Our CPA Firm has been with Les Olson for over 20 years. We have a copier, fax machine and printers that are all serviced by them. Their customer service is impeccable. I even ran out of copier toner on a Saturday during tax season and I got the cell number of one of the owners, who met me on a Saturday night so I could pick up extra toner to finish out my weekend.
