Mr. Nelson looked it over and quickly determined that the printer was fine, it was the new toner cartridge that was bad. He replaced it with one from his supply and everything now works well. They cripple the toner output to save themselves money on the the supplies when you are paying for a click rate contract. We purchased a 20k+ Sharp machine and it is the single worst purchase we have made in 25 years. The machine was probably OK, the service and attitudes were definitely not. In our opinion, run like the wind. We were able to return the machine and will never do business with Les Olson again.
