I got quotes from other companies as well, but ultimately decided on Island Mobility Sol. because they offered competitive pricing, worked with vendors I liked, their warranty/parts availability was attractive and mostly because they were REALLY NICE to work with. They come in, take all your measurements, then order your custom lift. After all custom parts were delivered, they installed my lift in a day. It looks so handsome, and adds a lot of value to our home/property. Since installation, it's required a few minor tweaks and they always answer their phone, come out usually the next day, within a few days. The color scheme blends really well in our home. It's slimline and doesn't take up much space when not in use. After 6 years, it runs like new, and still looks new! We LOVE our stairlift, and feel it's money well spent, NO REGRETS!
