After researching online, I came across UGo Mobility. Their positive reviews stood out, so I reached out to them directly. They responded promptly, helped us select the right model for her needs, and coordinated delivery seamlessly. When we arrived, the scooter was already waiting for us at the hotel bell desk--ready to go. Looking back, it was easily one of the best decisions we made for the trip. The scooter allowed us to explore Waikiki comfortably and confidently. We attended a luau, enjoyed a show at the Beachcomber, and navigated the area with ease--all thanks to the mobility and freedom it provided. UGo's customer service was outstanding, the equipment was in excellent condition, and the rental rates were more than fair--worth every penny. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing mobility assistance while traveling.

We've purchased walkers, trays, canes, and various other mobility accessories over the years. But I will be taking my business elsewhere. Unfortunately, we had an incident where a wheel on a rollator (one of those folding walkers that has a built in seat) came off. I brought the rollator, wheel, and other pieces into Dauterman hoping to get some assistance - Can it be fixed? How long would that take and how much? Should it be fixed or should we buy a new rollator? I was 100% ready to buy a new one, but I wanted to get some info. Too bad the gentleman who was there was unfriendly and unhelpful and became quite rude. He was watching something on his phone the whole time I was trying to talk to him. He couldn't tell me if the technician would be in this Friday or next Friday. After filling out the technician form I asked for a bag for the loose wheel, bolt, etc. He said that he didn't have a bag. I told him that I was concerned that pieces might get lost by the time the technician came in. I told him that I'd appreciate it if he could stop looking at his phone long enough to grab a bag for me - he grabs a paper bag and pretty much throws it at me. He then suggests that I could take the rollator somewhere else. I told him that I didn't want to be accused of not providing all the pieces because he's too busy playing on his phone. He then told me to take my business somewhere else and ripped up the form that I filled out. Some additional colorful words were exchanged and I left. Like I said, Dauterman used to be our go-to store. I'd like to buy local, so I'll be checking out other mobility supply stores. Otherwise I'll just order things off Amazon.

This review is long overdue! I've been working with this company (Gavin) going on 6+ years now. I…read morefirst called on them back in 2019, for a quote to install a stairlift for our newly purchased home. I got quotes from other companies as well, but ultimately decided on Island Mobility Sol. because they offered competitive pricing, worked with vendors I liked, their warranty/parts availability was attractive and mostly because they were REALLY NICE to work with. They come in, take all your measurements, then order your custom lift. After all custom parts were delivered, they installed my lift in a day. It looks so handsome, and adds a lot of value to our home/property. Since installation, it's required a few minor tweaks and they always answer their phone, come out usually the next day, within a few days. The color scheme blends really well in our home. It's slimline and doesn't take up much space when not in use. After 6 years, it runs like new, and still looks new! We LOVE our stairlift, and feel it's money well spent, NO REGRETS! Don't hesitate to call this company for all your lift needs!

My purpose was to pick up my new CPAP machine. As soon as I got off the bus I walked across the street to the Pearl Kai shopping center and started walking along the walkway towards the back. Off to the right in the back and right next to the Tattoo shop there was Gammie HomeCare!! I walked into the showroom which was filled with with different types of walkers, comfy looking chairs and motorized wheelchairs. There was a lady sitting behind a desk helping a customer and she got up and asked me to sit down after I told her I had a 4:00pm appointment. Not even 5 minutes later Daniel Paregien, Respiratory Support Technician, came out and introduced himself and brought me into his office. Since my PCP had provided him with part of my sleep study data, he was able to chose the right CPAP machine for me. He was thorough in explaining how it worked, how to take it apart and put back together, what kind of water to use & how much, how and when to clean it & change the filter. I had to record it (I got his permission) so I wouldn't forget anything. He gave me his card so I could ask questions in future. I got to try it out to see if it fit & if it felt comfortable. It felt weird but I'll have to get used to it, starting tonight. It could save my life. I asked for permission to take photos so I wouldn't show anyone's personal information. Mahalo, Danny!! You made the whole experience so much better than I imagined.
