I was actually so relaxed that I even fell asleep a couple of times during the procedure! His assistant was also very attentive and supportive throughout the whole visit. Worst experience ever. Unfriendly and just want your money. Front desk gave me attitude when I asked questions regarding payment. Tech that took my X-rays seemed bored out of her mind . Was seen by the dr for like 2 min. No real explanation, no real effort to help. I asked for a quote for a possible treatment and it's been a month later I'm still waiting on it. The words relaxing and root canal should not go together but here I am writing this review because I was able to take a nap during my root canal. I was listening to music with noise cancelling headphones while Dr. Keshav worked his magic. This is actually my second time getting a root canal with him and I will continue to choose Access Endodontics and Dr. Keshav every time for any future procedures (hopefully I won't need anymore root canals tho). He's very professional and explains in detail what's going on. Dr. K and his staff are SO welcoming and judgement free, it really put me at ease. Shout out to the receptionist Kayla or Mikayla (sorry for the spelling), she's also a gem. The office is very clean, and their X-Ray machine is strategically placed for the patient to enjoy scenic mountain views. First time getting a root canal and it was such a smooth procedure! Originally I was only going to come for a check up because I had an infection but I ended up doing it since I had time. I took a CT scan which was super cool since it was standing and I'm sure the equipment was pretty expensive. Everyone was super kind, attentive and provided great care. They even had headphones and an ipad so you can listen to something while the procedure was going on. I ended up choosing a podcast by Jay Shetty and mostly closed my eyes since I was so tired. They also pay for your parking as well! 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the area! read more

This was my first time seeing Dr. Ankit Keshav. I needed an emergency root canal and they took me right away. They were so kind and friendly. He gave me a root canal right after the scans showed I needed one and I was in and out and about an hour and a half. If you have to get a root canal done, this might be one of the most beautiful places in OC to do it. Seriously this office is stunning! Natural light, cute decor, spotless windows. I was not looking forward to this visit at all as I had to come for a retreatment for a failed root canal but Dr. Johnson and all of the staff here made this as comfortable an experience as possible. The front desk staff were so kind and friendly as I waited to be taken back and offered me refreshments as well as Tylenol after the procedure. The office clearly invested in the technology needed to make assessment a very quick and comfortable process. They also helped me feel more relaxed during the procedure by giving me headphones and an iPad so I could listen to whatever music I wanted. Getting a root cancel is an intense sensory experience and having the music playing helped so much to drown out the noises that can be a little unsettling at times. I was also pleased with how quickly Dr. Johnson completed the work and how thorough he was in explaining what we needed to do and showed me the scans after so I felt I had a better understanding of the procedure. He answered every question I had and he even called me a couple days after the procedure to check in and make sure I was feeling okay. If you're someone who has a bit of dental anxiety, this is the place for you. It was definitely not my favorite experience in the world, but if I ever had to do it again (please no) I would come back here because they really value patient care. read more

I could not recommend Access Endodontics and Dr. Keshav enough! I am writing this review as a dentist who sent his mom to see Dr. Keshav at Access. My Mom had a very difficult external resorption case on a second molar. Now the second molar is extremely difficult to get to for a root canal already. But for an external resorption case, it's even more difficult. I asked three endodontists about this case and two of them recommended I just extract it. But Dr. Keshav said he did a similar case just the week before and he believed he could save the tooth. Now as a dentist myself (not a specialist though), I am all for saving teeth. So once I heard this, I told my Mom to go for it. My Mom had an extremely pleasant experience, everything went great, Dr. Keshav did an amazing job, and she has no post op issues. From this experience alone, it's clear Dr. Keshav work is far more advanced than other endodontists. He truly wants to help his patients out. His bedside manner is incredible and the office is beautiful as well. I could not recommend Dr. Keshav and Access Endodontics more. You will not regret it. read more

I was referred to Access Endodontics to take care of an infection in the root of one of my molars. I've been to many (many!) dentists over the years, but I have to say that this provider is one of the best and most competent I've encountered! My entire experience was positive, from the wonderful front desk staff (Kayla in particular!), to the expertise of Dr. Ankit Keshav. It was also the little things that made the potentially scary (for me) experience so much better. The fridge in the front office stocked with free drinks, and the headphones playing music (classic rock for me) during the procedure made it so much more tolerable. In my case, they used the cutting edge GentleWave® Procedure for a much less invasive root canal than I've had in the past. The technology they use is current and geared towards the best possible outcome. After the initial visit, they scheduled a follow-up for a couple months later to verify that the infection had not returned and that everything was good. One final note. My son was also referred to this office for a different issue. He has a longstanding reluctance to go to a dentist due to some previous not-so-great experiences. After his visit he was so much more calm and thankful for the care they had shown. read more

From the beautiful and bright decor (love all the lighting and natural light) to the refreshments out front, I knew I was in good hands. I woke up with horrible pain one morning (from an older root canal I had), and thankfully was able to find care right away. The wonderful team over at Arbor Dental referred me to Dr. Johnson and it was so easy to make an appt! The procedure itself was relaxing and went smoothly--I almost fell asleep!
