I wasn't quite sure what to expect or if it would be worth it, but oh boy it was! My lashes came out so well. I've been blessed with nice eyelashes, but never had curl nor have I ever been motivated enough to use an eyelash curler. They look so great now and I feel like they look like I'm wearing fake eyelashes! I've put mascara on and can't even put as much on anymore or they look too long (like touch my eyebrow long!). Excited to find her and this service. Will definitely be back (she recommends 6-8 weeks between).

I later got a text to say if I'm not there in 11 minutes I should not come. I called and she said the same thing even though I explained the reason but was still turned down even though she had 4 hours until close. I was devastated that I wouldn't be able to get my lashes done for my vacation the next day. Called several places but they all said by appointment only( I think because of the time) so I went in a plaza in woodinville to get some food, saw a sign that says eyelash extension and walked in. Spoke with the lady who said they were closed and if I could come back the next day. I told her why I wouldn't be able to reschedule (same reason I gave Lucia) and she asked if I could wait 20 minutes, 20 minutes turned into an hour which was ok. She closed her business place but I was able to get my lashes done and my eyebrow wax and was out by 9. I gave a 1 star because Lucia business place is at her house and she closes at 8. Yet this lady closes at 7 yet she was still able to help. I understand time is money but that wasn't cool. Obviously Lucia don't need customers
