When you walk in, there is a receptionist person, but each booth does not have the artist there so it appears that they just set it up and leave Some items were very fair priced and some items I felt were A bit high. I was told by somebody outside in another store of the mall that next Saturday they're supposed to have a huge event With outdoor vendors and many other things to choose from. It's about a 45 minute drive for us so I'm not sure that I would go back.

There's much less cheap imported junk and more stylish, quality clothing and memorabilia. I have a sweatshirt from Deerfield Beach I love and thought I would be able to find something similar here. As I walked in, it became overwhelming due to the size of the store and the abundance of merchandise. There is so much merchandise that it becomes difficult to walk around without zig zagging. It was not super busy but there were enough people in there to make it difficult to navigate throughout the store. I found the sweatshirt area immediately but it was frustrating because many of the sweatshirts were hung on the walls. There were racks on the floor that also had sweatshirts but they were not all in the same area. While I was searching for what I wanted, I came across a huge, dead palmetto bug in the middle of the floor. It was then that I started speeding up my exploring and headed towards the register. I did find the sweatshirt I wanted but there were limited sizes and items, maybe a total of 8 sweatshirts of that particular kind. Cost almost $40, which I think is overpriced. The employee at the register was friendly.

Shoutout to Ms Jacki for our amazing experience at Hallmark with our squishy surprise dumplings…read morescavenger hunt. Our girls wanted Jumbo dumplings and we were told be a person at Five Below that this venue had them. So when we called Ms Jacki at Hallmark, she told us not only did they have Dumplings, but that they also had a special sale that day. She was almost as excited as we were. The girls were almost too excited to finish their Chick fil a, but we had to eat and cool off after a long hot morning of Volunteering. We finished and took our drinks to go. Then we arrived to the Hallmark, the girls were so happy and there were many other kids and Mom's all enjoying the festivities. The sale was buy a surprise dumpling and then you get to pick out a colorful plastic Easter egg that contained a coupon for either a half-off, a BOGO, and I think a cash prize, etc. I think that that part got me excited. The girls had a stradgedy about choosing the "perfect" dumpling. They had heard that the heaviest dumplings were the best ones to have a chance of getting a rare/ultra rare dumpling. Of course, they had to guess the weight of EVERY dumpling as they picked them up, compared with each other, and asks for confirmation from the rest of us. My husband may have been the wisest one to have stayed in the car to keep it cool.... because I was stressing over which ones of these dumplings were the big winners. We all had fun and Ms Jacki was so pleasantly cheerful and supportive. She really enjoyed helping us and making us feel "ultra" special. Needless to say, no matter secrets these 5 jumbo dumpling containers were hiding.... we were all winners of a fun-filled family day to include Ms Jacki !!!

We ordered flowers for a small family wedding. When the bouquet and cake topper arrived at 11:00…read morea.m., the blush roses already looked tattered, wilted and brown. I brought them back to have the flowers replaced and received no apology, and Shirley even tried to blame us for ordering them too soon, which made no sense. The roses were already shabby looking when they were delivered. Shirley acted like it was a huge imposition on her to make things right, and was terribly rude the entire time we were in the shop. After she remade the cake topper, it still didn't have the ribbons we had requested, but rather than argue, I simply asked for a additional 2 yards to add to the decor. We had no cash on us, as we were on vacation, and she wouldn't run our cards for payment for the $1.61 worth of ribbon. After we came up with $1.11 and offered to go to an ATM, she begrudgingly took our change and rudely said, "I guess I won't starve over 50 cents." I have never received such awful customer service for something that could have been easily solved with an apology, fresh flowers, and a little extra ribbon to try to make things nice. Shirley complained several times about how she's been in business for 53 years. Perhaps it's time she retired.
