Flowers usually do not look like photos but was pleasantly surprised looked exactly like photo and they were gorgeous

We ordered flowers for a small family wedding. When the bouquet and cake topper arrived at 11:00 a.m., the blush roses already looked tattered, wilted and brown. I brought them back to have the flowers replaced and received no apology, and Shirley even tried to blame us for ordering them too soon, which made no sense. The roses were already shabby looking when they were delivered. Shirley acted like it was a huge imposition on her to make things right, and was terribly rude the entire time we were in the shop. After she remade the cake topper, it still didn't have the ribbons we had requested, but rather than argue, I simply asked for a additional 2 yards to add to the decor. We had no cash on us, as we were on vacation, and she wouldn't run our cards for payment for the $1.61 worth of ribbon. After we came up with $1.11 and offered to go to an ATM, she begrudgingly took our change and rudely said, "I guess I won't starve over 50 cents." I have never received such awful customer service for something that could have been easily solved with an apology, fresh flowers, and a little extra ribbon to try to make things nice. The owner (Shirley) was incredibly unprofessional, defensive, patronizing and downright nasty to me over the phone. On mothers day! Not a good business owner. You don't treat your customers like that, or anyone like that, period. Not only did they quote me the wrong delivery date and misreprented what they had available, but worst of all when I called to ask about it, I was treated horribly. If i could give this place ZERO STARS I would . I order flowers all the time online and this is the worst experience ive EVER HAD . This is the most unprofessional place I have ever encountered. I ordered specific flowers online for mother's day a week ahead . The website said these two types of flower bouquets were available and that i could send them the day before mother's day . Then the next day , im told they do not actually have those flowers and are making a similar bouquet that would still be beautiful. I say okay and that I understand. I paid $170 for two beautiful bouquets online but what i got was completely different. They chose an ugly fern for one and old roses for the other they were already dying , instead of the beautiful bouquets I selected . COMPLETELY DIFFERENT and it looked very cheap. It was too late to change it because On top of that it didnt get sent the day before mother's day like I ordered. And was also on my receipt. It WAS sent on Tuesday . 6 days before. my mom already received the flowers and thanked me , i couldn't do anything now it was too late. Would they compensate me at all for their mistakes? Would they apologize? No . They said It's for mother's day so they are busy and they can only do so much , its my fault for expecting so much of them. They said if i wanted a refund they could knock on my moms door and ask her to give the flowers back . How rude . The message I wrote on the card was also different then what i actually wrote , they switched some names around. I tried to talk to The owner and she yelled at me and hung up on me when I explained what had happened . I would have hoped after messing so many things up they would at least apologize, send better flowers , or compensate me partially. Nothing. So disappointed and really put a damper on my mother's day surprise for my mom . I live far away and dont see her often . DONT ORDER FLOWRS FROM HERE !! Go anywhere else and im sure you will have a better experience overall and better quality flowers !! I dont like to leave bad reviews but this experience was so horrible that it is warranted . The flowers were delivered late on Monday, 2nd to last delivery. Florist choice for $150 was one dozen roses, but wait it was in a red vase! Had the wrong card and the balloons weren't attached, I figured someone else got my order. I called in spoke to a very rude person and sent the flowers back. After a few emails questioning why I sent them back, I finally got one that said, oh yes you were right, I had another designer make it and it will be out tomorrow. At 3 pm it finally showed up, the arrangement is pretty but not worth $150. I even tipped the designer and driver ahead of time. I buy flowers 5-6 times a year for my wife, this was definitely a buyer-beware learning experience. read more

When they dropped my flowers off they were warm, wilted, and torn. It was so bad that my mom had to call for them to come get them to be fixed an hour before my wedding. They told my mom that they don't like to use my flowers because they wilt easily even though the bouquet with the same flowers from the day before were used for my bouquet for my father's grave were perfect. When we got them back they were a bit better but there was still a lot of wilting in the greenery and the flower they replaced my husband's with was green and still immature. They looked so bad that we threw them away when we got home instead of drying them like I wanted to. read more

I ordered a fairly expensive display I saw online for my lady on Valentine's Day . What she got looked nothing like the pictures . Totally different flowers and very disappointing . Why put the pictures online and name the arrangement if when you order something totally different comes. For 100 dollars you would expect more. I called and gave them a dollar amount and a specific flower that I wanted to use and left the rest up to the designer. The flowers were pretty but I said on my online order that this was for my cousins birthday at a hotel and then they called HER to confirm and so the surprise was ruined and the "balloon charge" was 1 fricken balloon and they didn't even put who it was from on the card! Luckily my cousin got the ruin the surprise phone call so she called me to see if I had sent her flowers to the hotel she would be staying for the weekend or she wouldn't have known.
