They're Incredibly RESPONSIVE, ATTENTIVE to the job of adjusting my door, superb SOLVING problem skills, they CAME OUT THE SAME DAY, very HARDWORKERS, didn't stop until the jobs were completed. They entered and switched out their shoes immediate, asked what needed to be done and where, and started working right away. They adjusted a microwave that has been lopsided for 7 years! I'm already planning for them to come back. I've been looking for these guys for a long time and THANK GOD I found them. HIGHLY recommend them. if I could give more stars, I would. I needed a new exterior door and the crew was super knowledgeable and efficient in completing the job.

Beware of this company. They go by more than this name, another name is Sergey Helping Hand. This company does everything in its power not to stand by their work. They are not qualified for anything other than a basic job. Their technician was sent to repair wood Exterior doors. It was a complete hack job. They used drywall screws to fix an exterior door! They spilled stain all over the concrete and handles and scratched the glass with their power sander. Had to hire someone to fix the damage they created. When contacted they offered to send back the same hack. No thanks, followed up again with them about damages to the glass after the new contractor showed me the damages. Their response was "too late". Job was 8 weeks ago. I notified them of the damages they say they made it, sent pictures, etc... they never bother having someone come by and look. Just text back with excuses and no desire to rectify the situation. Beware, this is not a professional company. read more
