last May 2025 I bought a used swim spa from accent spas. they were very attentive as long as I was interested in buying. the day I went to look at the spa they had it wrapped and I couldn't see the edges. from what I could see the spa looked to be in good shape. they said they were refurbishing it and would paint it to match my house, so I agreed to buy it and took them the paint. they delivered it on June 5th and it looked really nice until I got close and I saw that the top all along the edge was cracked looking. they told me that they had sealed it and they assured me it would be fine. I had paid them $9995.00 and I was a little disappointed, but the transaction was done. They had to order me a cover, and it took Forever to get arriving on October 2nd. on June 26th they came out because the spa was leaking. They said they couldn't find the leak but to keep an eye on it. I had a cement pad put in to sit the spa on when it was delivered and I could tell that the spa was leaking from the drop in the water level plus I could see the concreate was wet even during very warm weather with no use of the spa. when they came out to deliver the cover, I showed them the concreate and the leak, they said that the leak must be in the very middle of the tub and to keep an eye on it. They have been out to my house 4 times total including setting it up to adjust the cover lifters and install cover, they have never addressed the leak. They just keep telling me to keep an eye on it . The tub also has bubbles on the swim end at the bottom. that research tells, me is delamination. I haven't even mentioned that to them as they are non-responsive at this point. They have waited me out because now May 2026 the warranty is over. In November of 2025 my boyfriend called them to go out to fix his spa. They went and looked at it and said they would order the part. 2 months later in February 2026 They were called and replied with , oh I guess we missed that. we will order it and let you know. it's now 6 months later and no response. I won't ever recommend this company. In fact yesterday a friend posted on face book if anyone knew a good spa company and I responded with " dont use Accent spas" read more

We purchased a new hot tub lid that fell apart in less than 2 years when our last hot tub lid lasted 9 years. We took the "Sunbrella" fabric cover in to be replaced on August 14,, 2024. We have left several messages including a message left yesterday, December 7. 2024, which is a Saturday. We have not been called back. We have been told that our warranty cover is "supposedly to be shipped back with the next order coming from their hot tub lid vendor. Our hot tub styrofoam lid is filling up with water because the foam is no longer connected by the fabric cover. Our water in our hot tub is not staying clean because rain water & debris are getting in This is absolutely unexceptionable customer service I don't like having to resort to complaining on a public forum but we have communicated multiple times with no resolution. Purchased a reconditioned hot tub from Accent Spas a year ago. We had very specific requirements on location, size, weight and seating jets for our spa. They happened to have a lightly used spa with warranty that fit our needs, just returned at a good price. They went through all the mechanicals, tested for leaks, and removed some stains. During testing found motor had a leak so they replaced that and some other parts and installed it on our 2nd story deck. We had some other issues after some months that were on us and our electrical service. They responded to each service call promptly and courteously. read more

I've had a scheduled appt with this company for 2 weeks,, and have Airbnb guest arriving today and they assured they'd have someone out here on or before today! I called and text as my window was 1130 today with no response...I finally received a call back stating their technician is out sick and they couldn't come for another 2 weeks as they had more priority customers! it was very disappointing on multiple levels! Initial salesman very helpful. Took his time to educate us and options, pros and cons of different tubs. Informed us of the prolonged wait times. All smooth. Delivery was long, not their fault. Install was a breeze. Kyle was our tech for install. He was back out for final set up when our electrician came out. Kyle is a delightful human. Walked into the building and immediately smelled strong smell of mold then was greeted by a very condescending staff member kid. He immediately expressed surprise that it smelled like mold even though it was extremely obvious to all in our party. I proceeded to ask him if they had a recent roof leak and he did confirm they did but no apology or any of that kind vibe at all, just more condescending attitude. He gave us a tour of all the hot tubs in a very condescending manner, felt very unwelcome, he kept saying how they're too busy because of COVID demand for "stay at home spas", made us feel like they don't need our business, kept giving me confusing information, I had to ask this kid a million times to answer me the same question as before. I go to McDonald's about once every 3 years or so and I believe I remember getting kinder service there. Due to this horribly condescending rude service I received from this kid I will ensure to definitely NOT buy my spa from this place or recommend to anyone. read more

The staff at this location is fantastic! I recently bought a new hot tub and new very little about the processes behind it. I have come here over three times and each time i learn something new. Now I wish I bought my hot tub through them because I'm sure they would have walked me through the chemical process and the hot tub it's self. It has been a long time since I have met a business as friendly and customer service oriented as Accent Spas. I first called them for a repair of my spa. From first contact, they were friendly, efficient, and communicative. The repairman was knowledgeable and quickly repaired my spa at a better than expected price. Due to this interaction I decided to buy a new spa cover that I have needed for awhile. I went to the store where, once again, everyone was friendly. John went over my options and I made my purchase. When it arrived, along with a storage cradle I also purchased, delivery was scheduled. I was informed when the men would arrive. They were right on schedule, professional, and friendly. The cover is beautiful and exceeded me expectations. Unfortunately, I decided I did not like the cradle. I called and was told no problem. I was sent links where I could view numerous options. I selected one and everything was taken care of. After many years of trying every spa store in town and eventually mainly buying from an online retailer, I am very happy to know of Accent Spa. I ordered a new spa from Accent Spas 8 months ago. They said no problem the order is 6 months out and all they needed to do is put in a change order for thew color I wanted. There was a two month delay and when it did show up it was the wrong color. I was told the manufacturer did not honor any of the changes they put in due to being understaffed with COVID. They told me they would take it back and give me a full refund but if I wanted to re-order it would be two years and almost $2000 more. I am going to keep the one I have. read more

This is a great place to do business. We purchased a used spa from them with a 90 day warranty. We had a problem and Jeff was out quickly to see what was wrong. The new part was ordered and replaced quickly. There was never any doubt that they were going to honor the warranty. I was very pleased as the part was close to $1000 with labor. I can't say enough good about our experience with Accent Spas! We LOVE LOVE LOVE our new Artesian Grand Bahama Spa. The seats are super comfortable! We were able to do a "wet test" before we bought it and LOVED the powerful jets that you can adjust to whatever pressure you prefer. My favorite thing to do to unwind each day is to get in the spa with the colored lights and listen to music from the awesome Bluetooth speakers. If you are wondering if the speakers are worth the upgrade - definate yes! I have struggled with back issues for years. This has helped immensely! The delivery boys got it into our backyard amazingly! It was a very tight squeeze! And one was under the weather. The owner called us after several days to make sure all was well. We called Accent Spas when the GFCI power cord went out on our spa. They came out the same day and he discovered our problem. When we needed just a part to the cord - and not a whole new cord - he offered to get the part and come back to fix it. This saved us about $100! He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. My wife and I stopped by Accent Spas in Medford Oregon on August 18th, 2016. We met the store manager (John) after entering the store. John was very professional, courteous and helpful. John took his time answering all of our questions and explained the differences between each spa unit. John gave us plenty of one on one service and there was never any sales pressure at all. We did end up purchasing a 3 seat Garden Spa from John. John had the spa delivered the next day (fast...fast delivery) to our home by his staff. The young men that brought the spa to our home had this spa set up and running in no time at all. They were very professional, kind and courteous. This experience at Accent Spas was 100% smooth and easy. I also intend to buy supplies an d have yearly services done by these guys.
