We've been on the fence for awhile about getting a pool, buying a home with a pool, etc. But, after realizing COVID is killing our personal lives more than anything, we decided to pull the trigger and get a pool. Rhonda is the small, sassy dynamo behind the counter and is amazing. She figures out the problem with a few questions, grabs product off the shelf at lighting speed and sends you off with a plan. Scott and the other field techs have been terrific helping me to get filters clean and my pool open for the season. The costs for product and service are reasonable. Their expertise in pool care is unmatched.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend Water Pros. I had some questions about my service when a few…read moredays after they were here we opened the cover and the pool and spa were filthy and the spa heater wouldn't work. My request for the technician to communicate with me and let me know things like keeping your pool uncovered is better was met with rudeness and an unfulfilled promise to have the tech call me. My intent when calling was to work collaboratively so that their time wasn't wasted and my money wasn't wasted but that seems to be a problem for them because shortly after I received a letter telling me that due to "unforeseen circumstance" they no longer have the staff to service my pool. I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt but it seems too coincidental coming right on the heels of me calling them with questions based on how rude both people I talked with were. I always paid my bill promptly and would have been a loyal customer but instead I was canceled.
