They delivered the "pool concrete" to resurface the inside of the pool saying we could pay for what we used. Jim and Reid came out and did a lot of measurements. By the end of April my husband had all the prep work done besides sanding and had rebuilt the steps to the specifications and suggestions Jim and Reid had given him. We picked out a liner and were anxious to get it ordered. By May, my husband and I had both called multiple times to get an update. No word. No phone calls returned. My husband even went into the office multiple times but no one knew anything. Finally, after over 2 weeks, Reid calls us back saying he's sorry and that he's really busy. It's now mid May. He says he has another set of measurements to do before he can order the liner. Another week goes by. No word. We know this is a busy season for pools- we just wanted to know we weren't being blown off. I get a hold of Tina in the front office June 1 and she has no updates for us. When I get a hold of her today she says that Jim has decided not to move forward with our bid because the steps weren't done to their specifications and the "pool concrete" has not been sanded. They are sending us a bill for the "pool concrete" and that's it. My husband couldn't sand the concrete yet because it had rained, but was planning to. After all, it had been WEEKS since hearing about progress on our project. The steps had been built with Jim and Reid's direct input (in person meeting). I have worked in customer service, both retail and food service for years. After Tina hung up on me today I thought I'd write this review.

My request for the technician to communicate with me and let me know things like keeping your pool uncovered is better was met with rudeness and an unfulfilled promise to have the tech call me. My intent when calling was to work collaboratively so that their time wasn't wasted and my money wasn't wasted but that seems to be a problem for them because shortly after I received a letter telling me that due to "unforeseen circumstance" they no longer have the staff to service my pool. I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt but it seems too coincidental coming right on the heels of me calling them with questions based on how rude both people I talked with were. I always paid my bill promptly and would have been a loyal customer but instead I was canceled.

I asked about a specific brand and she said "you mean (another brand)? I so noc and repeated the brand. She looked confused so I said " have you heard of that brand before?" The acted offended and said "of course I can" in a snotty voice. She went to a computer and then yelled out "we don't carry that brand." I thanked her and she was so incredibly rude with her response. I was shocked. A simple "we don't really deal with robotic vacuums" would have been sufficient.
