The folks at Accel have always treated me well. My projects are always delivered on time and to spec. I definitely recommend them.

FedEx Office Print & Ship Center - The price I paid for horrible service better off going to the Bedford hills post office for people with humility who don't hate their job

Horrible experience today even contacted fed ex personally. Waiting for a response. When you're…read morepaying 117.00 dollars for a service to be delivered by Monday. Talk to me nice please. Because there are other competitor companies, known as usps and ups and I get treated with kindness there just for an explanation as to why does this cost so much. It's just a question. I don't come to no one's place of business to try and ruin anyone's day. Believe me. I just need an explanation and what is going on? Is there a price increase and what is going on. That's all. I always have Natasha and there is another nice young man there as well I can't remember his name. I know what I'm used to and the kind of service I'm used to also. The end. I don't know the young ladies name but I will do my best to not deal with her going forward to avoid conflict. I just want to drop off and pack up and be on my way. Answer a question did the price increase. Simple question. Not difficult. If you were at my Job I'd answered with kindness and humility. Where is that these days. I will still continue to come this fed ex, but going forward I will pass on this lady. The end

I walked in before heading to the Giants game, needing two parking passes printed. Not knowing how…read moreto send my documents to the printer via email, I asked Tiffany for help and she strided over, totally calm and cool, and helped figure out the email to send it to. She was so patient and warm about it, you could tell she truly cares about her job and how people are treated. Zero apathy or impatience or judgment - simply kind and immediately helpful. I told her how I had first gone to Staples, where 2 of the 3 printers weren't working and the last was being used, so I came over to FedEx. She was happy to hear I had and I could tell she was truly invested in FedEx doing good, repeat business. Totally going to FedEx for all printing and shipping because of this experience. Thank you Tiffany - and the Giants won! 5 stars!!!

This beautiful new store is a great addition to the charming downtown area of Mt. Kisco. It still…read morehas that new store smell and there are great sections that are clearly arranged so whatever you're looking for, you can find. The cafe is nice with terrific staff. You can enter from the front (on the side facing the train station) or the back. If you need books, stationery, music or anything related to Nook...this is the place to go. What I really liked is the local recommendations. If you know some books you like, you'll see recommendations near those books for other things you might enjoy. Additionally, I geeked out on the local history books they have (right by the cafe). If the trains of Westchester are of interest to you, or anything historical from the area, there are some wonderful (and affordable) books for purchase. So glad to have a community space like this to help make the shopping district even more vibrant.

Decent Barnes & Noble location…read more This is one of those modernized locations, but not big overall. The selection was standard enough, but not as plentiful as other locations if you're just looking to browse. There are entrances/exits in both sides of the store for ease depending on which side you're coming from. If you're someone who likes blu rays/DVDs, this place had a very limited and small selection - which is better than none at all I suppose. I didn't encounter any staff, but they seemed to be busy with other customers. The general area is a little busy, with plenty of shopping options. Parking is metered street or a municipal lot. I suppose it's okay for locals looking for a quick fix or looking to order something, but I personally have no desire to come to this one again just for this store. It's not a knock against this location at all, but I'm not local and it's not worth going out of my way to come here for this alone. If you want to go to Barnes & Noble and can drive a little farther, I'd recommend going to the Mohegan Lake location (if traveling north), which is about 20-30 mins away. It's a much larger store with more options. Otherwise this one is okay.
