He could have easily kept the camera and told me it had a more serious and expensive camera and I wouldn't have known. After that visit I've had some photos restored, some pictures taken, and have bought 2 used cameras and Bob has always been professional, knowledgeable, and I've been happy every time. He's hard of hearing so you have to speak loudly, and his store is cluttered, but other than that I can't imagine why anyone would have a problem with him.
