A mechanic's main responsibility is to inspect, maintain, and repair vehicles, machinery, or…read moreequipment to ensure they function safely and efficiently. I bring my vehicle to you, entrusting that you, the professional will fix and repair my vehicle so that I and the others around me are safe. You did not do that today. You put my life and the lives of others in danger when the upper sway bar and link bolt were not tightened. Nut was put on with approximately two threads engaged. And yet I gave you 4,400 dollars of my money that I work for to survive and you could've killed me. What part of this do you think is ok?? Not only did you royally not inspect or review your work..you also never have in the past either. I was there a few weeks ago for an oil change you didnt even tighten the oil filter!! You also didn't replace the fastener grommets under your hood !! But yet when it came time to pay for the so called repairs you tried to tell me my estimate was more because some parts were more expensive. I didnt entrust my vehicle to your business for giggles. I am a Jimmy John's delivery driver that had an order to Two Gringos Tires. I had 4 deliveries and I was the only driver and I arrived almost a half hour after this guy placed his order. (In case you didn't know, Jimmy Johns delivery service is known for being "freaky fast", so a half hour after the order is placed is along time.) Kash, the guy who placed the order, pointed out to my that one of my headlights was out. I told him i was aware kinda in.. a bummed tone. After he signed his receipt slip and I was getting ready to leave, he asked me if i would like him to replace my burnt out headlight. He took time out of his own working time to help me, free of charge. And to top it off, gave me his own headlight. What a nice guy! What great service and I didn't even go in to have anything fixed on my car.
