A couple of the previous reviews said the Owners were racist. This was not our experience at all. My wife is Korean (and kids half Korean) and she has never been treated poorly here in any way.

Everytime my husband and I visit we are always greeted at upon entry. The staff here is really nice and they are always willing to help. Recent visit we saw they had some chicks in stock and was told from now until September. They also have supplies you need to care for the chicks. I enjoy looking at their plant selections. I went in for a some small hardware, and needed a piece of chain cut. A fellow was trying very…read morehard to help, but seemed new and didnt know how to use chain cutter. I asked another employee, also new ( it was her 2nd day)that couldnt help.... and managed to get the chain cut myself the rest of the way with a multitool on my keychain. I went up front to pay for it, and 1 cashier told me the other line was faster( she was doing a credit card application) . I went to self check out and discovered i cant buy the chain there. I stood in line for another 5 minutes, and the cashier and another employee couldnt figure out how to charge me for 2 feet of chain, I took a picture of their part number and showed it to them. A whole lot of new employees that havent been trained, thinking thats a management problem? 30 minutes to do something that shouldve taken 5-10, and could not accomplish it

We come every time my boy needs a manicure. The staff are always friendly and Otis does a wonderful job with Dude's nails. My boys love the rainbow Sherpa man toy from here, but it is originally $8.98 and I always wait for it to go half off so I can get 2. My boys, Dude & Saint always come here for birthday cupcakes, toys & treats. I always walk out of here with more than I plan to spend because why not. I bought my 10 year old terrier his 10th birthday cupcake, 3 toys and a bag of dry liver for his gifts. I've been trying to celebrate him everyday. Definitely my favorite pet store and I'm sad the one near me closed down.
