Unfortunately, my experience at this business was extremely disappointing. The owner was shockingly rude, his attitude was downright condescending. It honestly felt like he hated being there -- and it showed in how dismissive and lazy he was with customers. To top it off, he had his zipper down, just looked like a slap d**, which just added to the unprofessional; definitely won't be coming back. This place is truly amazing! The concrete art here is beautiful and inexpensive. I ended up finding this place on Letgo randomly. I've bought quite a few items here and I'm very content with all my purchases. I would have given this place 5 stars but the customer service here is actually quite bad. Here is my analysis of this place: Location This place is in what looks like an industrial/farming community. It is located directly across a liquor store. Parking is located on the side street (be prepared to park on gravel). If you plan on buying a large item you can park inside. Cement The cement stuff varies in price but it's all very beautiful and well made. Buying something here is less than buying something at the Home Depot. Customer Service 1/5 The customer service here needs a lot of improvement. The employees here are beyond rude and are not helpful. It's to the point where this place could be selling a lot more but their employees scare off customers with their lack of wanting to work/rudeness. This really is a great place, my recommendation is to hire people that are friendly and polite to work in front. That way customers look forward to coming here, it shouldn't feel like you will be reprimanded for asking questions. read more

Owner Rudy helped me get the statue of my dreams!! My horse was handmade in less than 2 weeks. It's 10.5 feet tall but very light and sturdy. It really is so well crafted. They've been in this business a long time and have lots of return customers because their quality and pricing is excellent. He was kind to let me come a week after my horse was completed. I went there today and found two other customers waiting for service. Both were pacing and looking around for help. Eventually, we all recognized we wanted to make purchases, but nobody was around. We all waited for maybe 30 minutes minimum. We rang the bell, we called the phone and just got voicemail. Eventually, all three of us individually left in increments. We were going to spend at least $700 after seeing some things we wanted. This place must not need any business. I sure hope they're not accepting any government payments due to COVID relief because they clearly don't need those either. If this is their standard practice, how are they in business? read more

Come here before you go anywhere else, and you might find a dozen pallets of exactly what you need at 1/3 the Home Depot price. Pavers and step stones out the wazoo. I tried calling so many times, the day before, the day off, and when I was in front of the gate, nobody answered.
