To say this place has terrible customer service is an understatement. I came in person and provided the dimensions of the area I needed rock for my front yard. They didn't have the black Mexican Beach Pebble in stock that I wanted so I purchased it sight unseen and paid for delivery after they told me how much I was going to need to complete my project. The rock arrived and it ended up being mostly tan/gray rock with a very small amount of black mixed in (even when wet). I suppose that's what I get for purchasing it without seeing it in person but I was already committed at this point. We spread it out and were a couple of wheel barrows short. I called and asked what we could do and was told that I could pay another $75/delivery fee or come pick up another 1/4 ton on my own. The latter is what I choose to do. I was quoted $101 over the phone and when I arrived to pick up the bags I was told it was going to be $120. Since the bags are more expensive. So, again after explaining that they didn't initially give me the correct amount to complete my project and asked for them to work with me on the price. I was told that I must have measured my yard incorrectly. It couldn't have been their fault for under calculating what I needed. Needless to say, I would never recommend them to anyone and hope that others aren't overcharged when they under estimate. And I strongly suggest you see the product before you purchase. Do not take their word for it, it means nothing. read more

From the products they sell, the service they provide and specially the people that help you with your purchase and project. I recently change our front yard landscaping to drought resistant and purchase about 10 cubic yards of 3 different rocks and mulch at All around rock supply. 1. Their prices are way better with other rock yard in San Bernardino and Inland Empire. Half the price from Lowes and Home Depot. 2. If you are not sure how many cu yards you are ordering, they will assist you like how Robert assisted me on my purchase. A contractor gave me a quote for labor said I need 12-14 cu yards. But when I provided my measurements with Roberts he said it will be 9-10 cu.yards only.. great savings on that right away! 3. Hassle-free delivery and very affordable price. Robert coordinates the delivery and on my second load he told me that if I needed more or need adjustment on my order for me to just call so I don't have to spend extra delivery fee. Over all, I really like their service and product. Plus my frontyard looks great including my water bill! Thank you Robert for all you do! Don't refer to their website, call them to see what they offer. The site is limited but when you arrive, their selection is huge. They have what you are looking for. Make sure if the order is measured by weight, you order it in the AM and you must pick up between 1pm and 3pm.
