I ordered the Meatball and Rice "bowl", and all I got was meatballs and rice. The fact that this place had the nerve to call this a bowl is a slap in the face to anyone who makes actual bowls of food. They clearly bought a giant bag of meatballs from Costco and they just planned on serving that as meals for lunch and dinner one day with no sides. The meatballs had barely any flavor, used some cheap marinara sauce to "flavor" it. My 10 year old cat could flavor meatballs better than they did. A splash of Italian seasoning would have gone a long way, but they were too cheap to even do that. On top of that, they tried to scam everyone out of a breakfast meal by changing their hours the morning of and shortening the time they served. The only breakfast meal they had was eggs and leftover lamb they clearly reheated. Once again my cat, could cook a more flavorful meal. Feta flav more like nevor flav.

This is a restaurant everyone wants to support. While we were there the woman who ran the last cajun restaurant in that location up until 2014 came in. Those tables and the bar (which was painted over) are made from cypress - brought up from Louisiana. Thought it was kind of her and her husband to come in and support the new restaurant.

The food came with a piece of white bread that was pretty much tasteless and unnecessary. There wasn't so much sauce with either entree that you'd want to wipe it up with the bread. Maybe some people like to scoop the food onto the bread, but with rice dishes it seems like overkill. It also came with a small serving of potato salad. Again potatoes with a rice dish seems like a lot of starch, BUT I will say the potato salad was really, really good. Tasty with a nice little kick like my great aunt used to make for summer family reunions. So rice or not, the potato salad disappeared! If you're craving Cajun food, their food truck is a good option.
