This place had several choices along with several meats to choose from. Soft Tacos to Gorditas you are bound to find something. I choose the tacos Al Pastor, Chicken and Carne Asada. All the meats were fresh and hot with tortillas tasting handmade. Topped with the typical onion and cilantro. They give you salsa on the side. The Gorditas is what got me excited! I love that they use a handmade mass dough to make these. The meat of choice was Carne Asada. They were out of Lengua. I will go back again and again for this. It was my absolute favorite. The lady that runs the truck is very nice, but expect a bit of a language barrier if you want to stray from the normal offerings on the menu (unless you speak Spanish, of course). I am not sure if Neil is just unbelievably overwhelmed but we are planning our wedding for November 9th and have been trying to plan with Neil for at least a month and were told yes on our needs. When trying to go over everything and get it all nailed down we were basically ghosted. I have reached out several times and received one text back saying he had reached out to my fiance and he left me his cell which he never answers or responds to texts. My fiance has wanted to hire this company since just before covid when we were supposed to get married but put it off for obvious reasons.
