I drove 100+ miles and picked up my kitchen. After spending a few hours assembling the cabinets I realized that the cabinets were not the right size. 30" vs the 36" I had indicated that I needed. I was Not happy but decided to just deal with it and use what I was sold. When I went to install the cabinets on the wall I realized that the over the refrigerator cabinet was 24" deep instead of the 14" that I had requested to match the depth of the rest of the cabinets. This was a deal breaker for me as this cabinet door would not open due to it hitting the refrigerator hinges. I called customer service and spoke with someone that I could barely understand and explained the situation. When I was done explaining, the line was disconnected!!!. I started over and spoke to another person that was hard to understand with a dog barking in the background. This person set me up with an online appointment to resolve the problem. Six hours later I had the online appointment where the nice person that I could understand explained to me that they only designed kitchens and had no authority to resolve the situation. He then gave me a phone number to call to resolve the situation which was the same number that I had originally called. I called again and the individual I spoke to didnt seem to have enough knowledge about their product to help me. At this point I asked to return the cabinets. Ikea will pick up the cabinets in 9 DAYS. Then 5-6 business days later I will be refunded the money. So now I have to wait two more weeks to be able to reorder cabinets elsewhere because my money is tied up by this fiasco!

The line was long and we waiting in line about 25 mins to get through, I think they ran out of food and had to wait for more to be brought up front. The food is ok, and I would eat here again, but it lacks seasoning. It is good for kids, not so much for adults.

Order Details: * Order Placed: August 24 * Original Delivery Date: August 27 On August 27, the technicians spent approximately two hours delivering part of my order. Unfortunately, the headboard arrived dirty, and we were advised that someone would be scheduled to clean the fabric. Additionally, the side tables and several parts of the bed frame were left behind. We were told that the drawers were broken and that a follow-up delivery would occur in a few days. Since then, I have received multiple delivery notifications (and subsequent cancellations) for the following dates: * September 1 * September 8 * September 9 On September 8, I visited the store and spoke with Robert, who assured me that the missing items were in the warehouse and would be delivered on September 9. However, on the morning of September 9, I received another cancellation notice. When I called the store, I was informed that Robert was out of the office. I then spoke with another manager who was unable to assist and repeatedly referred me back to Robert, who would only communicate via email. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Over the past two weeks, I have contacted customer service multiple times, only to receive inconsistent information and no meaningful resolution. At this point, I have requested a full refund and for the items to be picked up. To Richele and Vanessa who are extremely nice and show that they really do love what they do. They were in constant contact with us to make sure everything went smooth. To a young man who we didn't get his name, but he actually helped us with picking a much nicer color that suited our project better, it didn't matter to him that the one he sold us was actually cheaper then the one we were initially looking at.
