They were very efficient and very fast but the woman I spoke with prior to the move ensured me there would be 4-5 wardrobe boxes for all of my hanging clothes, they only brought one. I had to make 3 more trips in my personal car to pick up the rest of my clothes which defeats the purpose of hiring movers. I messaged the woman back on Yelp about this and she left me on read with no offers of a solution for over a year. About a year later I decide to give them another chance and bring up the issue with the wardrobe boxes before. She offers a $50 discount and this time I arrange for 3 people to come and move me from a first floor apartment to a single story home. The most inefficient move I have ever experienced, they took longer to move than when I lived on the third floor and the guys had to wait for the elevator. They moved at a glacial pace and I ended up paying for 3 guys for the same amount of time as it took the first time I moved. On top of all of this they didn't wear gloves or wash their hands so my light furniture has black handprints on it from the moving dust on their hands. One of the guys dragged a piece of furniture and broke off a leg and I watched him use a piece of plastic to wedge the leg back in. Very unprofessional movers in my opinion, only one guy was taking his job seriously and trying to get me moved quickly the other two just lingered around waiting for him to move and package all my things. I didn't see a point in reaching out about the damage or the handprints as the customer service had already proved once your move is complete they could not care less about you. I'm happy I'm in a home I purchased so I never have to experience these movers again.

On the plus side, the two guys who came to my house, Ferdinand and Green, hustled from start to finish and it was over 5 hours total for loading, transport and unloading. On the down side, the sales process while smooth and very corporate, lacked some communication with their team on the ground. For example, the booking team specifically said to leave drawers in dressers. The movers were shocked as they would always prefer less weight. Would I use them again? Probably. But I would prefer an actual mover to do the estimate instead of someone over the phone sight unseen. Even a FaceTime or similar video app that would allow for a visual could go a long way towards aligning everyone's expectations.

Incredible Service and Professionally coordinated Estate Sale!…read moreI engaged Paula to hold a living estate sale as my parents were downsizing and had a large home and barn FULL of Treasures. All was great until 48 hours after listing the house we were under contract and closing in just 3 weeks. Paula and her helpers pulled off a great sale, things were incredibly displayed and priced right. We had nearly 5000 views on her Estatesale.net posting and lots of happy customers. After the sale the team closed it up well and Paula arranged for donation of unsold items and had the home walk thru ready for buyers 2 days after the sale.4 days after the sale she handed me a nice size check from the net proceeds. Paula is no nonsense and gets the job done.

My leasing office from my former apartment, referred them to me so I didn't have to go through several companies to find the right one. I was immediately contacted by text and phone and email For my quote and moving needs by Cornell. During the initial walk-through and my special request, Cornell was able to give me a quote and ensure all of my moving needs would be met by his team and the time date and location was no problem. I have a few challenges so I was able to do the best I could with packing and arranging my stuff so the movers could easily take boxes in furniture out of my house. But even through my exhaustion, they insisted on taking care of everything and let me rest. From the moment they arrived they were pure gentlemen, very energetic and professional. They even helped me with little things that I found last minute before leaving the apartment. They never slacked off, I offered them refreshments. I'm not sure if they took a break even though I offered, they were just determined and very skilled You could tell at moving when we arrived at my apartment. I let them in while I went to the office to finish my move-in process by the time I got back they had already unloaded the truck and filled my home putting everything where I asked. And still, they were very professional and I know they were retired, but Their energy patience and professionalism just gives Goldstar customer service reviews from me. Don't let the name fool you I was under the impression they'd be college kids, but it is a team of professional men with great energy, and A and very positive attitude.
