Very disappointing experience. It has been over a month since I first contacted HBR, and I am still…read morewaiting for a basic estimate. Throughout the process, I received multiple commitments on timing that were not met, and many messages and follow-up requests went unanswered. Communication remained inconsistent even after the owner became involved. I understand that schedules can be busy, but clear communication and follow-through are essential. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. When a company cannot reliably provide an estimate or respond to basic inquiries, it raises concerns about how they would manage a larger project. There are many quality contractors who value their customers' time and work hard to earn their business. Based on my experience, HBR did not meet those expectations.

I highly recommend HBR. they are fantastic and wonderful people to work with!

Worst Experience Ever - Property Damage, No Actual Cleaning & Racist Supervisor…read more I would give this company zero stars if I could. This was an absolute waste of money and a completely fake service.First, they did not even bring a professional vacuum upstairs to extract the dirt from my HVAC unit or vents. Instead, they just used a basic wire brush to scrape around, meaning the job was entirely for show.To make matters worse, they actually broke a plastic component during the visit in the picture during inspection for mold and other stuff, and now I have no idea where this part even belongs or if my system is safe. When I called to complain about the incomplete work and the broken part, the supervisor was incredibly racist, dismissive, and defensive. Instead of listening to my concerns, he kept denying everything and claimed "someone else broke it before them." I bought the house from builder new. No one else has ever been up in my attic besides me, so they are flat-out lying to cover up their mistakes.Save your money, avoid the stress, and hire a company that actually does the job and treats human beings with respect.

Ted arrived a…read morefew minutes before the agreed upon time (that's a first for me hiring a pro), explained the process clearly, and worked without cutting corners. After he finished, he showed me the before-and-after photos on his phone, and the difference was pretty self explanatory. My dryer was running fine before the service, but Ted cleaned the inside lint duct and filter anyways and I'm sure it will work better now. Just to give you some context of the work Ted did, he moved the dryer out of the way, vacuumed and cleaned the duct from inside and then vacuumed and cleaned the dryer pipe from the outside, a lot of work for a fair price. If you're looking for reliable, high-quality service, I highly recommend Aura Duct Care and Ted.

My friend used Aura Duct Care recently and suggested me to get these guys as they are real professionals and know what they do. I contacted Aura Duct Care via Yelp and ask them for their rates. Arial responded within a few minutes and explained everything in one message ( not like other companies saying "we need to take a look first", "depends on condition", "take pictures for us" etc.). They have affordable and competitive rates, they don't charge you those fake fees like "second floor fee", "apartment complex fee", "big furnace fee". I called them next day and scheduled an appointment. On the day of my appointment Eddy and Akyl showed up on time wearing masks, gloves and shoe covers (still COVID times). Also they had sent a text message saying they were on the way and their ETA. They had big professional equipment to clean our ducts. First they checked our ducts and told us what kind of brush they would use so it won't damage the ducts. It took them only 2-3 hours to finish the job, because they knew what they were doing and they were working nonstop. After the job they made sure everything is left clean and neat. I loved the service by Aura Duct Care, because: -they have professional equipment -they make sure to do a cleaning the right way -they don't leave dust and dirt after the job -nice and friendly technicians -easy to reach the office to discuss the job -affordable prices I highly recommend this company if you need to get air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, appliance repair. I got following jobs done: full house ducts cleaning, furnace cleaning, air ducts disinfection, dryer vent cleaning, dryer and washer maintenance

It's clear Torrance is a highly skilled professional, and the company as a whole is very easy to work with.
