I've used Yelp for many years to find restaurants and service providers. The reviews have been a good indicator of good service. This is the second time in the last month I've found a service provider that has been very unpleasant to deal with and bad results despite their results. I suspect they have fake reviews. I trust Yelp has tools to review and eliminate good reviews that might be questionable. When their employee told me what the problem and the solution was, I asked for the quote. He said that his boss would give me the quote later. I only received a bill after 5PM. I responded that I would pay as soon as possible. I was at work until late. The woman who owns the business texted me at 10 PM requesting payment. That untimely text woke me up... We paid her the next day when we had a chance. Once paid she said: "we recommend you hire a pool service" she refused to acknowledge what her employee said... her employee said that he could get a new pump and just install it. That was the diagnosis. New pump. We can but a new pump hoping their diagnosis is good. But she just chooses to change the narrative. We all heard about fake reviews. This business might have a few read more

They did a great job installing the charging station for our new EV. Lugo and his co-worker were extremely neat and clean. They took care not to leave anything dirty. The job was done very quickly and is exactly what I was looking for. Will certainly reach out again if I need any similar work and will recommend as well without any hesitation. read more

AC ACE - Charge station connected by conduit to the main electrical panel. - Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC Near Me

Finding a good electrician is hard! I am soooo happy I found Lugo. He came the first day I requested a quote. He was professional, transparent, straight forward, and solution driven. My electrical panel is a mess. My house was built in the 80s and it's outdated. I bought a hot tub for outdoors and needed a dedicated line outside. He had to install an additional breaker because there was no more space on the panel. He managed to do this through a side closet without making holes on my wall, he went through the roof between the first and second floor and took the dedicated line outside. The work is impecable!!! Also, he came on a Sunday to do the work bc I told him the hot tub was being delivered during the week and I really needed it done. I will be hiring him to replace my AC as well. I couldn't be happier that I found an honest, reasonable priced electrician that does impeccable work!! read more

I hired AC ACE to perform a number of electrical upgrades in my home and I can't imagine ever calling anyone else! The work spanned 3 days and the guys were always on time, efficient, courteous, professional and it was obvious they knew what they were doing every step of the way. Jen in the front office is equally great. She's responsive, knowledgeable and on top of every detail. No need to look further. These folks are the real thing. Thanks AC ACE. read more

I hired AC ACE for a number of electrical upgrades / repairs in my townhome on Miami Beach. I had another electrician come by in late 2019 to start repairs...and then they never came back to finish the rest of the job. Immediately after requesting a quote from another provider on Yelp that unfortunately couldn't service my area, Jen responded and we set up a time for a free quote the next morning. Much to my surprise, Jen followed up the next morning and the electricians were early for the appointment. The electricians were super polite and took off their shoes, which was super respectful and much appreciated. We went through my haunted house of electrical disaster and he was super meticulous in checking all my outlets and switches. I knew it wasn't going to be a one day job (and they are still in the process of undoing/fixing the previous owner's disregard for safety and utility), but I've been so pleased with their work that I decided to upgrade my lights to smart lights and move forward with other cosmetic changes to my home's lighting. I've been searching for a reliable and honest electrician for months and so happy that I found AC ACE. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a small fix or large job like mine. I'd give them 10 stars if I could! read more

I contacted this company at 12:30ish and by 2:30 the job was done! I cannot talk highly enough about this company. The tech that came to my house was nice and respectful and did an outstanding job! AC ACE showed up on time and repaired the problem. They even explained why the light was not working. I would definitely recommend them!

I had a great experience from start to finish with these guys. When requesting a quote, I got an answer within an hour or so, and they were also able to send out electricians within a day or two. I had a simple issue (some double-tap wiring), and they fixed it for $80 when many other places gave estimates of $250-$300. They stopped by, identified the problem, and fixed it all in under an hour. Definitely recommend them, and will definitely use them again. PS All the guys that came onsite were great about wearing masks and cleaning up after themselves. read more

DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! This company installed my AC throughout my home and were complete beginners! I had to call them to fix issues with the AC 3 times under the first year labor warranty expired and after it did they stopped coming to my house or responding. The problems to this day still persist and I'm paying more going to other companies to fix their problems. They are a complete joke and shouldn't be hired by anyone. Needed a couple light fixtures installed and hired these guys to do it. They responded quickly and were able to get someone out to me the following day. Lugo was on time, kind and got the job done quick. I had purchased a non-dimmable light fixture but the existing light switch was on a dimmer. Lugo had a regular light switch on hand and took care of that too. No marks were left on my walls like some other companies might leave and he even swept the floor for me when he was done. Super happy with the service and the final product! read more

I paid to get a tankless water heater connected. I was quoted $350 to $550. After A/C Ace technician assessed the work and cost of supplies, price went up to $750. It was the holidays, and they were doing me a favor by responding on short notice - I agreed. However, when they left AC stopped working and when they were alerted, they said it was "coincidence"...a fuse had blown - they asked for $150. I let it slide because AC is serviced by someone else I trust. I didn't challenge the "coincidence" story. Told them I would be in touch once plumber fitted the heater in case there were problems. Yusliedi said, "You're welcome. No further electrical work should be needed but sure keep me posted". Plumber installed heater where he said he would...wires were too short...he asked to call the electrician back. Called Yusleidi, she said it would cost $420 to send someone out to connect the heater. I said it was poor business practice to not stand by one's work, or finish it. She said she was paid to install a circuit breaker and wires. I still have no hot water - only a blown AC fuse, and wires in a closet to show for it. Now she says she'll charge me $150 only for the visit to finish the job I imagined I had already paid for. I had 2 quotes for $705 and $825 fully installed but I chose her because I saw a review from someone on Yelp she had helped over Thanksgiving. I wanted to reward THAT type of business. Huge mistake on my part. I would definitely not do business with her again, and encourage everyone reading this not to. A/C Ace was a complete dud. If competence, quality, and integrity are important to you, do not take your chances with A/C Ace. Only a matter of time before there's more reviews like mine given how they chose to fix the problem. I said God Bless and walked away disappointed. read more
