It was 100+ degrees every day, so we needed someone fast. Lucky for us, we called Focus. They are a local company and were able to come over after hours for an additional fee. Within 2 hours, John was working on the heat pump. Not only was he a pleasant man to deal with, he was knowledgeable, showed me exactly what was wrong and what he was doing, and he did so quickly and efficiently. The office staff was great, too. They brought it up to the 2024 era. With gutting out the second bedroom, and turning it into a brand new wheelchair accessible addition. Since I use a wheelchair. Everyone from our lead project manager Lukas. To our design team. They were great in listening to our ideas, and following through with them. Even when I had the idea to install a lower clothes bar for my clothes in our closet. As I am getting to the point where I will be needing a wheelchair full time. Lukas made us a second clothes bar, and shelf in the closet. To do just that. He also made us a better access crawl space door. For under our house. Because the one we had. Was cheaply made. And when our refrigerator went out during the remodel. No fault to Henderer. The refrigerator had been there since our house was first remodeled in 2006. Lukas went, and got their shop fridge. So that all of our perishables could stay cold. While we had to wait for the refrigerator to get fixed. Then after the remodel was over. Lukas came back a couple months later with the electrician. Because our vanity light in the bathroom had a bad wire in it. He, and the electrician were able to fix it.

In spite of 3 trips to my house, the total was less than they had guessed originally. Servco installed this system in 1990 and they are still our go to....this reminds us why!!
