We had the pleasure of working with Larry and Jason when our old 1950's furnace decided to burn…read moreitself out right in the middle of winter They were super quick to respond to our ask for help and were onsite to evaluate ASAP. They answered all of our questions and looked at all possible options before helping us decide it was time to retire the old one. There was no pressure to to upgrade or upsell and it was quite obvious they just wanted to help us get our heat back on and find the best solution for us. They spec'd a unit and from the time we called to the install completion was just a handful of days. Jason cleaned up all of our very old venting and ducts, installed a special grounding component (old electrical), upgraded our incoming gas lines, made use of components on our old unit to save cost, and had the foresight to recommend a base that will allow us to upgrade/install AC in the future. Our furnace closet was neater and tidier then when they started. Needless to say we are very pleased with the result and happy we chose Larry McGinnis, Jason, and his team.
