I picked it up the day before and kept the container on ice in my fridge until needed the next day. I always allow plenty of time in my prepping to do at least a double " pick over" for shells that aren't always caught in the initial picking process. I was finished in no time!!! That was the cleanest crab I think I have ever picked!!! The owner was very nice when initially went in and the young men behind the counter could not have been nicer. This was on the top ten things to find here and boy I really scored! Just the start of my seafood journey!
