Is that where the 'Flat Belly' ideology comes in? I noticed clerks were welcoming other patrons and walking them around to different products but again, nobody said anything to me. I would still shop here, but if multiple reviews keep saying over and over that there is a strange, ew-outsider vibe than that is something to reexamine. All types of different people seek mindful products for their body and may not have a Flat Belly. I always go in with my boyfriend and he, too, goes in and feels very uncomfortable. Second, it's mostly a bakery with the most unusual rye, sourdough and other breads I've ever had. Third, they sell packages of other things like grits, porridge, blue corn flour and more. We had several of them during a recent stay in Cortez. All were unusual and good. They also sell seeds, beans and more. The atmosphere is sort of warehouse/bakery/general store. Did I mention everything is locally grown! This is the kind of place the New York Times should write about. By far, my favorite place in Cortez. Check it out if they're open !
