Excellent food!! Quick service too! I got the Lamb Gyro Arabi and Giardiniera! def recommend !

The chicken zinger piece that was too hard to eat with my two front teeth.

Conveniently located off of Division Orders to go online are through pickup DoorDash or UberEats. I'm unsure but other reviews say that the pricing in restaurant = cheaper than what's online. So opt to order inside. $28 two meals. One meal without fries. Fries are expensive $5 to add. Ordered the mixed chicken/beef quesadilla style shawarma. $15.50 online. It's BIGGG. She said she liked the beef better and it was okay. It came with fries. I believe what I got was the Fried Zinger Chicken Wrap. $10.75 online. It did not come with fries. I wanted to like it but the chicken was so hard. I had to bite on the side of my mouth. My front two teeth couldn't handle some of it. Flavor wise it was okay, but it was toooooo hard. If I would've had braces in, the bracket wouldn't have made it. It was done QUICKLY though. I may retry another item. Lamb quesadillas maybe.

FOOD INSTAGRAM: @northtx.gemz **** WHAT THEY'RE KNOWN FOR: I had no idea there was multiple locations across the US! They are well known for their phenomenal Arab food provided in a fast casual setting. THE VIBE: very casual place! It lowkey reminded me of subway the way the inside looked maybe it was an old subway. PRICE: ~$12 WOULD I COME BACK? Yes! **** Overall Rating: 10/10 - another great recommendation from @papreechaat ! I wanted a quick and fulfilling lunch and decided to stop by here and was not disappointed. - I ordered from the app because for first time customers you get a discount! When I went it seemed like they were busy with to-go orders they actually didn't make my order in time but the guy working made sure my food was hot and fresh and it still came out great! - The lamb gyro was juicy and flavorful. There's no nasty game-y taste you can get from goat/lamb. The sauce inside of the wrap was perfectly portioned and wasn't soggy at all. Everything was perfect. The fries were piping hot and crispy! Their garlic sauce is amazing. I will say the spicy tahini sauce is alright! - Definitely check this out. I'm coming back to try their chicken arabi for sure!

    Chicken Shawarma Over Rice

The chicken shawarma over rice plate portion is super large, and has a combination of meat, veggies, sauce, and rice! It hits all your cravings into one. I love my rice bowls spicy and asked for extra spice, but I didn't get as much red sauce as I would've liked. Other recommendations: Gyro tastes like their specialty. It was tender and flavorful. Highly recommend trying that meat instead. Bonus: I wish I remembered the name of the oily green sauce on the side because it was a unique & delicious addition to my bowl! Price: $9.50 Dine-in and Takeout ‼ Halal, open late night Overall Rating: 8/10 Reason: I was expecting yellow rice, but I got white rice with my bowl. Also, there are a few veggies in there that confused my taste buds a bit, such as cauliflower and corn. Not a bad thing, but if I had more spicy red sauce, I think it'd be an even more enjoyable experience. I will be getting extra spicy red sauce next time!

My kids love the chicken sandwich with "white sauce" and lettuce, they're rice is so buttery in the rice platter. The only thing is be careful when ordering this place from any source other than actually inside the store. They're prices are different on their website, different on Yelp, GrubHub, Uber Eats, DoorDash. They're different everywhere and quite a lot more expensive than if you were to order in the location in Arlington. Ordering inside is SIGNIFICANTLY less pricey, which is weird....... They always also take forever to make your order, even if your the only one whose ordered.

    Chicken Shawarma Arabi

The food is good, but the service is horrible. I walked in with my wife, ordered two beef Arabi shawarma. It took him 20 minutes to make then he gave us two chicken Arabi shawarma. When I told him that's not what we ordered and showed him the receipt, he LIED and said that he told me the beef wasn't ready. When he said that to me I let it go and ate my chicken shawarma. I really don't like chicken but I ate it anyway. He didn't offer us anything to make it better. He didn't try to make anything right. He just lied to my face. We drove 30 minutes to eat here. I speak Arabic so I would know if he said it in arabic or not. Anyway, the place is dirty. Customer service is horrible. I wish they would clean it up and be nice to their customers. Their food is pretty good but it's gross. Everything needs to be mopped and wiped down.

I didn't realize this was a chain, going in. There appeared to only be one man working but he is very friendly and working fast. I had a minute to check out the menu and ordered a chicken kabob sandwich. He replied back to me chicken shwarma sandwich. Ok. Maybe they didn't have any chicken kabobs. I like shwarma. It is a wrapped sandwich in a giant tortilla that they stick under a press to crisp up the outside. The chicken was not on a spit, but was precooked and kept in a warming tray. It came with the garlic sauce and pickles. It was hot and makes for a hefty sandwich. He also threw in a baklava in my to go bag. The chicken was hot but a bit dry and had a heavy clove flavor. I really like the pickles and the garlic sauce was tasty. The tortilla has a good crisp to it, but I prefer a softer pita wrap. It has a higher price point than the independent places popping up all over Arlington. My lunch was good, but it didn't rock my socks like some of the other options in the area. One thing they do have going for them, they are open LATE.

Maybe Kroger is so dominant that it over shadows the other business. The order counter is at the front with drinks in a refrigerator and home made tea adjacent. We sat ourselves at a table and started a conversation with a couple that frequently dines here. The man stated the French fries are the best in the area. They are double fried with Lawry's seasoning. They were eating their favorite, a Philly cheesesteak and. Chicken sandwich. We ordered mushroom Swiss burger and Big Tex. French fries and sweet potato fries. When I tasted the fries, I confirmed the man's acclimation that the fries are the best around. Our burgers were equally good, very moist and cooked to perfection. The prices are reasonable. This is now one of our go-to burger restaurants.

Located in Arlington, the restaurant is divided in 2 sections and the place has quite a casual and local vibe We, a party of 5 were immediately seated and the server aptly took our order. As we were famished, we ordered..a lot: -Mazza Plate -Falafel -Fries -Gyro Special Plate -2 Chicken Shawarma(Bank Special) plate (comes with Rice, Hummus, Tzatziki sauce and Pita) -Falafel Plate - Gyro Sandwich Dessert: -Baklava -Burma Since we love spicy, we asked for our food to be spiced up. 5-10 mins later, the food began to arrive. First impression was the portion size was huge. At the onset we knew we ordered too much. The Mazza plate was amazing with assortment of Middle-Eastern appetizers i.e. hummus, babaganoush, tabouli salad, dolmas, with kalamata olives and pita. We absolutely loved the dimas and the hummus and pita bread was fresh. The Shawarma plates were pretty decent and the chicken and gyro meats were well cooked and seasoned, however the spicy sauce they use was a bit more on the tangy side than on spicy side. Which was a let down. Falafels we crunchy and were pretty decent. The fries however were huge let down. They were too oily and the taste of overused oil was pretty evident. The best part for us were the desserts. The Baklava was great but the Burma blew us away. The roasted Cashes and angel hair with honey was truly delicious. To Foodies: This is quite a famous place for middle easter food, main reason being it was covered by The food network. Do try their Shawarma Plate , especially Gyro plate, it is pretty awesome. Also the quantity is good. However, I would recommend to stay away from fries or be careful of deep fried items. Do try the desserts, you'll fall in love. Overall, it is a good place but I have had much better. May be the standards have gone down a bit over the years. To Management: You have a wonderful staff, good location and the food is pretty decent..However I'd recommened to keep a check on your oil used for deep fried stuff. The fries were a huge let down. One bite and i frlt that bad taste of oil at the back of my throat. Also please revamp your spicy sauce a bit. Too much vinegar. Overall Rating: 6.5/10 Signing off Rahul V.S. aka CanIndian Foodie

Worth every minute of the wait. This one's climbing my top 50 list faster than a brisket disappears at a family reunion. After one failed mission to Sabar BBQ, where I showed up too late and found an empty pit (and an emptier stomach), I came back like a man on a barbecue pilgrimage. The sun was blazing, the line was growing, and I wasn't about to be left holding nothing but a napkin this time. Pitmaster Zain Shafi runs this blue trailer like a flavor command center. The smell hit me halfway through the line and had me grinning like a kid at the state fair. I made my move when it was my turn, and if you know me, you know lamb is my kryptonite. I ordered the Sichuan Lamb Ribs, then couldn't stop myself from adding brisket and Tandoori Turkey. The sides? Kachumber Salad and Daal Chawaal, because even Uncle Sean needs balance in life. Zain loaded everything up, tossed it all on top of some naan for good measure, and sent me to my table like a champion headed to the winner's circle. The first bite of lamb ribs nearly had me proposing to the pit. Spicy, tender, smoky perfection with a bark that made my heart sing. The brisket was rich and juicy, the turkey came with that tandoori kick that slapped me awake in the best way possible. The sauces just tied the whole thing together like a big barbecue hug. The yogurt mint cilantro sauce was made to cool and lift the brisket and turkey to a whole new level. The red sauce packed a punch and paired with the lamb like it was born for the job. I boxed up some leftovers for my wife, the Side Dish Queen herself, because a man who doesn't bring home naan from Sabar BBQ is a man sleeping on the couch. She confirmed what I already knew: this was next-level barbecue, the kind that earns legends and long lines. Sabar BBQ is only open on weekends, and only fools show up late. I won't make that mistake again. This was stop number 15 on my Texas Monthly Top 50 journey, leaving me with 35 more glorious BBQ pilgrimages ahead before the passport is full and my belt officially waves the white flag.
