When I asked her to avoid filing those nails, she attributed it to my previous set and later to another salon -- despite my explaining that the cuts occurred during today's visit and that I was bleeding. She then attempted to file the injured finger again, and I had to stop her. I understand mistakes happen, but I would have appreciated a simple apology and for the injured area to be left alone, rather than repeated excuses and blame. Unfortunately, this was a frustrating experience. Wearing a bandaid now since everything I do causes it to bleed and burn.

My fingers were in horrible shape when I came for the manicure and it's now been 3 weeks and I feel like I have new hands. The massage chairs for the pedicure are wonderful. Standard pedicure is $27 and they do a thorough job of really cleaning up your nails before putting any product on. They opened during the pandemic so while I think it's awesome I can walk in whenever they really do a fabulous job and more people should know about them which is why I am writing. They are covid-safe. Everyone including customers wears masks. There are little walls up between the pedicure chairs. When it's not too hot, the door has been open to letting air in (otherwise, of course, air conditioning during this humid summer). A few TVs where they were accommodating to the guests on what to watch. I was sitting next to a big football fan and they put on two different games for her. Cathy and Annie are my favorite nail techs, obviously for this long! They're both so sweet, talented, and always do an amazing job. They are booked so make your appointments ahead! Not much has changed with me because I still love spa pedicures and the experiences have gotten better. They change the theme each month to match the holiday or season so you're always getting new scents or flavors. It comes with hot towels, hot stones, massages! It's so luxurious. The salon is always clean and welcoming, they now serve water and juice now. The place feels so elevated and classy. I feel like im in Soho and im not.
