These people farm out their services is what I experienced. A guy showed up in a broken down truck and have me a price of $950 to replace the springs on one of my garage doors. I called another garage door place and they did it for $600. I don't recommend places like this that don't have real service techs onboard. read more

Terrible warranty service experience. I do not recommend this company. Refused to honor or help with warranty work on a shop door opener that we bought from them and that they installed and is still under warranty. Last month, our garage door opener went out. We called Absolute Garage door company and they responded quickly and sent a technician. Unfortunately, that's where our positive experience ended. The technician arrived that afternoon. My wife and I were with him during the service call the entire time. He accessed the opener by using our ladder, pressed a few buttons, unplugged it, plugged it back in, and concluded that opener wasn't working- which we already knew. He asked if we had a power failure, and we told him no. We told him that the motor is only about 3 yrs old and has a 5 yr warranty. He assured us that his company was very good about getting warranty claims approved and would do the necessary steps. He also said he would probably be back the following day to install a new one. The entire service visit lasted about 5 minutes. Instead of receiving a call about the warranty replacement, we received a text with a quote for a new unit. We immediately contacted the company and asked why our warranty wasn't honored. Cynthia told us, that the motor failed because of a power surge, which is not covered. We disagreed because we had no power failure. We also pointed out that the tech never checked the circuit breaker or the fuses on the motor itself and how could he come to that conclusion by not checking those items. Cynthia said she would speak to the tech again to see if there was a misunderstanding and promised to call us back. We never received a call back and after waiting a few hrs and calling her, she never returned any of my calls or texts. In the meantime we contacted the manufacturer directly and they had us check 2 fuses and even sent us photos of the location of the fuses ( fuses were fine). The support team was extremely helpful and we started the claim process with them. The following morning our calls and texts to absolute garage door company went still unanswered until we called from a different phone line. She still insisted that we had a power failure even when I said I would get a letter from my electric company saying that we didn't. She did not change her position. We informed her regarding the fuses that the manufacturer had us check, and she didn't even know that there were 2 fuses in the opener. At this point we realized that we would not get any help from Absolute Garage Door Company and we concluded our call. We went straight through the manufacturer with our claim and about 10 days later we received a new motherboard ( free of charge) from the manufacturer and I installed it myself and had the door opening again in less than 30 minutes. The manufacturer provided excellent service while Absolute Garage Door Company failed us at every level. I definitely DO NOT recommend this company! read more

Absolute Garage Doors provided us with a complete new garage door installation! Our initial outreach to them and subsequent interactions was an excellent experience! We were captivated when the installation team arrived: the vehicles and equipment made an awesome arrival presentation. The installation team, Wes & Dylan, were articulate, knowledgeable, and very engaging! Every detail of their set-up, from removal of old garage door & components to the installation of new garage door & components was smoothly executed! Wes & Dylan concluded the project leaving us with a beautiful garage door that functioned perfectly, and included the openers and automated keypad and the accompanying literature! Everything and every detail was completed magnificently! I look forward to sharing about and referring this awesome company! read more

With all the power going on and off this past week, we were having issues with resetting our garage door opener. I did some research and saw numerous recommendations. I gave them a call early afternoon and spoke with Cynthia. She told me they'd stop by our home after they completed their other service calls. True to their word, they called to let us know they were on the way. Woody came on up and in minutes had the door and the remotes reset. It was amazing service and I'm glad we went with their company. Woody and Cynthia, thank you for your kindness and excellent service. We will be using Absolute Garage Doors for our future needs. It may be as early as tomorrow as the power went out again. read more

Can't say enough good stuff about this locally owned small business! The owners have been a pure pleasure to work with despite the many challenges of getting our doors in due to all of the shipping and Covid delays. None of which was necessarily their fault but they constantly put up with my checking in constantly to see about updated status they fought hard to try and get my doors delivered when they could. When time came to do the install they were super quick the doors look amazing the install went super smooth and I could not be happier! read more

The original installation and cost were very reasonable. After a few months, my garage door stopped working. The technician arrived the same day I called. Told me the control board was bad (That happens) and ordered me another one under warranty. After not receiving the part, I called back to find out the owners were out of the country on vacation. They called me back anyway and took the time to research the delay. Found out the part was sent to their office instead of my house. They had it hand delivered to my door. I installed it and am now up and running. Thanks to Absolute for taking the time on vacation to make sure their customer was taken care of. read more

My garage door spring broke New Year's Eve, and I called another local repair service later the next day, (1/1). After getting no response to that call, or another placed today (1/3), I called Absolute, and they were out 90 minutes later, with the spring taking about 20 minutes to fix. Great service! read more

Came home from work today and our garage door wouldn't open- we called Absolute around 2:00 and they were here by 3:15, and had our garage door spring fixed by 3:40! Great customer service and good cost- less than $200.00 all included. read more

Through Yelp I requested quotes to fix my garage doors from 4 garage door service companies... 1 never responded. 1 responded 2 days after my request... 1 responded 8 hours after my request. Absolute responded within 2 hours of my request and within an hour after that Cynthia gave me a rough quote. They came out a few hours later and had the work done in about an hour and a half. We needed more work done than we initially thought but the price was reasonable for the work and parts, and the doors now work perfectly. Hint to companies: it's critical to respond to a request quickly. Quote often, the first one who replies gets the work. read more

I got a new garage door installed by Absolute Garage Doors two weeks ago and I am very happy. We had just moved into this house when the garage door broke- the hinge ripped out of the thin sheet metal. I called the home warranty company and they sent out Absolute Garage Doors to have a look. It turned out the problem wasn't covered by the warranty, but AGD was very helpful in pointing out that we really did need a whole new door. There were lots of issues that my inspector hadn't caught and the garage door opener was on it's last leg anyway. They offered me a reasonable price to replace the whole thing with a better door, new rails, new wheels and a new spring. They also installed a new garage door opener that I bought and had waiting here on the day of the door installation. I spoke with the lady at the office several times and she was very helpful. Our new door looks wonderful and operates beautifully. I'm very happy with the product and service from Absolute Garage Doors. I recommend them! read more

Our garage door spring broke a few weeks ago, and Absolute Garage Doors had it repaired in no time. They replaced both springs, changed out the end bearings, and center bearing because they were worn out too. They also replaced our rollers with nylon rollers and oiled and adjusted our door. Additionally, they replaced our broken sensor a the bottom of our door! Our door has never worked better. When they were on the way to our house, they also noticed that we had our longhorn escaping down the driveway. They not only called us to let us know, but rounded up our young calf as well. That's what I call Top Notch Service. We recommend Absolute Garage Doors to all of our friends and family! They won't disappoint! read more
