These people farm out their services is what I experienced. A guy showed up in a broken down truck and have me a price of $950 to replace the springs on one of my garage doors. I called another garage door place and they did it for $600. I don't recommend places like this that don't have real service techs onboard. read more

With all the power going on and off this past week, we were having issues with resetting our garage door opener. I did some research and saw numerous recommendations. I gave them a call early afternoon and spoke with Cynthia. She told me they'd stop by our home after they completed their other service calls. The owners have been a pure pleasure to work with despite the many challenges of getting our doors in due to all of the shipping and Covid delays. The original installation and cost were very reasonable. After a few months, my garage door stopped working. The technician arrived the same day I called. Told me the control board was bad (That happens) and ordered me another one under warranty. After not receiving the part, I called back to find out the owners were out of the country on vacation. They called me back anyway and took the time to research the delay. Found out the part was sent to their office instead of my house. They had it hand delivered to my door. I installed it and am now up and running. Thanks to Absolute for taking the time on vacation to make sure their customer was taken care of. read more

Through Yelp I requested quotes to fix my garage doors from 4 garage door service companies... 1 never responded. 1 responded 2 days after my request... 1 responded 8 hours after my request. Absolute responded within 2 hours of my request and within an hour after that Cynthia gave me a rough quote. They came out a few hours later and had the work done in about an hour and a half. We needed more work done than we initially thought but the price was reasonable for the work and parts, and the doors now work perfectly. Hint to companies: it's critical to respond to a request quickly. Quote often, the first one who replies gets the work. read more

I got a new garage door installed by Absolute Garage Doors two weeks ago and I am very happy. We had just moved into this house when the garage door broke- the hinge ripped out of the thin sheet metal. I called the home warranty company and they sent out Absolute Garage Doors to have a look. It turned out the problem wasn't covered by the warranty, but AGD was very helpful in pointing out that we really did need a whole new door. There were lots of issues that my inspector hadn't caught and the garage door opener was on it's last leg anyway. They offered me a reasonable price to replace the whole thing with a better door, new rails, new wheels and a new spring. They also installed a new garage door opener that I bought and had waiting here on the day of the door installation. I spoke with the lady at the office several times and she was very helpful. came home the other night in the rain garage door only opened half way and the loudest crashing noise the spring on one side broke door hung at that point only half way open. after getting groceries and kids in house we all were wet but anyway found Absolute number called figured would at least be next day but no way they had a repairman here in about an hour. polite and professional fixed right the first time. they definitely earned our business from now on. read more

Our garage door spring broke a few weeks ago, and Absolute Garage Doors had it repaired in no time. They replaced both springs, changed out the end bearings, and center bearing because they were worn out too. They also replaced our rollers with nylon rollers and oiled and adjusted our door. Additionally, they replaced our broken sensor a the bottom of our door! Our door has never worked better. When they were on the way to our house, they also noticed that we had our longhorn escaping down the driveway. They not only called us to let us know, but rounded up our young calf as well.
